Roadrunner RS5 and RS5+ P settings explained in detail along with how to access the P settings menu and changing the settings. Please like, subscribe, and comment. 🙏
Hey, So there is no way to sent ur cruise control in the P settings. But to activate your cruise control you do this. The cruise control will blink on the screen. When it's flashing the cruise control is not activated. To activate the cruise control go the desired speed you wish to cruise at. When you reach that speed do not accelerate or de accelerate. Maintain the current speed for around 3 to 4 seconds. After a certain amount of time the cruise control on ur screen will stop blinking. Once it's a solid sign your cruise control is activated and you can take ur hand off the throttle. If this doesn't help I can make a video for you.
Unfortunately they will not make the RS5 and RS5+ a 60V or a 72V. They do have a 60V and 72V Scooters that they will be releasing at the late part of summer though. I already think one of the scooter will be a larger version of the RS5 series wich Kugookirin has already made.
I just got my rs5 delivered. Set it up, charged battery… the front headlights don’t turn on but deck lights do and horn isn’t working at all.. any suggestions?
Hello MRRed im having problem with the caution ⚠️ displaying on the dash and its not able to move at all ?? If you have any information on it that would help out alot.. thanks in advance
Hey Joshua, The. Caution ⚠️ symbol on the display is nothing to worry about. When you apply the brake or squeeze the brake handle that caution ⚠️ symbol will show. It just means that you are using ur brakes that's all it means. Hope this helps
@MRRED thanks for the quick response 👍 but what i ment to say is some how when the scooter is powered on its like it's stuck in caution mode. The scooter will power on but it won't move when you press the thumb throttle the rear brake light just flashes while the caution light just stays on the screen.. thanks again !!
You may want to contact roadrunner about that. Sound like you nutt brake caliper may need replaced. It may be defective but don't stress about it. They are quick to respond and remember things do come defective sometimes even brand new. I know I had to get 2 Apollo Explores replaced because they both dint work straight out of the box. It's probably a easy fix though.
Try taking the caliper off and then removing the pads. Squeeze the brake and play with it a bit. Make sure the magnets that push the pads are present in the caliper it may be just stuck just like a car and need to be decompressed. Then put the caliper back on and the pads in. It may fix the issue
I've rode the scooter in heave rain and in puddles but I have also water proofed it. I haven't had any issues but I wouldn't suggest it due to the IP rating. It's rated IP 54 and you can Google the rating numbers and what they mean.
Thanks for the info! I was just messing with mine and reset the odometer as well 😮 by accident 😂
Thank You Mr. RED....
Especially, the ending part.
(On how to actually do it.)
My RS5+2.0 arrives on Friday, June 30. This will help me out.

Great video for understanding the basics thanks for the education 😊
Thanks ! Whats your battery reading at full charge
At full charge it reads 59.2 Volts. The manual says though that it should only go up to 58.8 Volts.
So Helpful = Activate Cruise Control
Is PB not the regenerative braking amount? And not your actual brakes?
Hey MRRED, got my RS5 today. Turned my cruise control on, cant figure how to set the speed I want. Thanks!

@@mrred00256 Thanks! Will try that on my next ride. Any problems I'll let you know. Thanks for the video!
Think they will add 62 or 72 watt batteries with this since they have setting in here

Is there a setting for volts cutoff? Didn't see one.
No there is not unfortunately

Check quick connect connections that lead back to console

Is there a way to turn off the flashing Bluetooth logo off?
No sir
I have a question
Why does my break run out do you know how to reajust
Can u explain what you mean in a little more detail please? I don't understand run out
You can go on the wet road?

@@mrred00256 What you mean. You water proofed it??
I used silicone sealant and and sealed all the areas up that the battery and control could be exposed to water.
@@mrred00256 wow nice tip! thank you!!!
