I can't speak about RI but Vermont charges an annual $80.00 registration fee. But since the boat is documented, there are no numbers, and they give us a sticker to put on the port window. This is different from the sales tax of 6% that we are trying to avoid.
So....what is the significance of your boat's name? I see that your boat's original name was Patriot, that is the name of our NT32. Did you go through any of the ceremonies to make sure that Poseidon remains happy? ;)
