    This makes total sense because hair grows faster in dreadlocks, so anything that makes it resemble dreadlocks obviously works for growth. But where do you get the strings for African threading? I've never seen such anywhere in South Africa? Any way to order online? Please assist

      Do you dip the yarn in oil? The whole doesn't dry your hair out?

    • @veggieeater
      @veggieeater 7 місяців тому +3

      @@moniqueuu8777 I've been doing acrylic yarn threading for awhile. I moisturize my hair and then use the yarn. When I took them down last week (after a month of threading), my hair wasn't dry. In fact, I had a hard time getting the oils out of my hair. But I like threading becuase it keeps my hair in place and I think I'm seeing some growth results. I'll surely be willing to share results at the end of this year.

    Black people's hair is longing than it looks but you do not see its true length because of the tight curls. I am thinking that all the thread does is loosen the curls by keeping tension on the hair therefore the hair APPEARS longer.

    • @cleopatraomogiade1330
