So the white pacman shadows slow you down, the ghost outlines add more ghosts when a power pellet is used and the red shadows kill you? Sounds like a hectic and constantly changing strategy
11:11 - Pac-Man: “there is nothing I can do to get away from here… oh well…” 15:40 - you know you’re toast when those red Pac-Man shadows surround the power pellet you need to survive… 21:12 - that power pellet is a dud? oh, come on. 35:00 - red Pac-Man shadows. Ambushes you every time you’re desperate for that power pellet.
I think all of the power pellets stop working at a certain time late in the match. That actually was the first time I noticed it and because I didn't expect that to happen, I turned to run towards the bad guy when I could have gone in the other direction. I still probably would have died shortly after anyways, though.
@@arronmunroe looking at it now it looks like that you did pick it up but then died within the same amount of time it took to activate it since your speed was so high. Cause throughout the match the power pellets still had timers albeit later ones were extremely short and chaining ghosts seems to be one of the only ways to extend the timer. But i think with the dud Pellet it was a freak case of dying and picking it up at the same time and the game said you died before it activated.

I wish this game still existed it was my favourite 99 style game out of the 3 (the 3 games being tetris 99, f-zero 99, and pac-man 99)
