My issue is with my tendons and ligaments, my muscles seem to outpace them insanely fast
I am also suffering this. Awful tennis elbow. Lifting a pen hurts
You may want to train lighter throughout the year where you can. I used to train too heavy constantly and my tendons always ached. Now I periodise my training with greater reductions in load and it gives them time to recover. Unfortunately I can’t train heavy as long as I wanted without paying the price for it.

The guys who over emphasize curls and arms almost always lack in doing compound lifts and legs at my gym.
