Great to see the FNP marching. Over 100,000 live here. Nothing negative about celebrating each other.

@@B.L.Meinecke Are you white saying that? Nothing wrong with celebrating one another. Nothing wrong with letting past be the past. But, really? I think it’s going that one step too far on Columbus Day. This “it’s all good” “unity and free for all” nonsense is going beyond now. Truly, it’s open mind till one’s brain falls out on many fronts these days.

WGN News gives more time to see the Italians than the Native Americas and that speaks volumes on how they think about the Indigenous People.

This is nice but the Vikings were in North America before Columbus. There's archeological evidence of it.

How ridiculous is that? Unity with First Nations? Not really.

😢…if they knew what Cristobal Columbo did to the inhabitants of the Caribbean, they wouldn’t be out there. If they knew how much gold Cristobal STOLE from the Aboriginal people in the Caribbean and South America, they wouldn’t be out there😢. So, why are they out there? There are other Italians that did honorable things, why not celebrate them🤔?
