What if we had have organic curve or hexagon curve instead of rectangular base curve?

I don't know why, but when I'm trying to connect point from archicad to GH point, it shows me in Rhino point in 0;0 not at the same place where the one from archicad is located. Then I can't make rectangle because they appear all 3 in 0;0. Could You help me please ?
