Hey! I’m the creator of this island, and boy, you are right haha. What really helped is that I kept collecting sooo much furniture that was totally inappropriate for my theme, so I ended up using reddit to sell a lot of rare items that were cool but that I just couldn’t use

The first house is actually scary lol, however we can see the creativity throughout this tour and it's nice to see different themes !

If no one has watched any of Evil Imps videos I HIGHLY recommend. It is so beyond creative, adorable and very well laid out. They have little "trailers" that tell the story of their island and then recently came out with a 10 minute movie. Definitely watch them in order. Highly recommend.

We just visited this island since I saw your video and YOU HAVE TO GO BACK!!!! It is sooooo much better now, they created amazing things. I love horror but even I got scared and was nervous after I got half way.

Less than ten minutes in and I'm both horrified and impressed with the creativity of this island. The school, the prison, the homes--all were amazingly set up and I just loved all the details that made each display so creepy such as the dolls, blood splatters, and messy papers. I really liked the maze next to the Bate's house. Was most impressed with the usage of the sleeping bags as body bags (because WTF who thinks of that in AC?!?! lol) and there's just a lot of circles o__o summoning cirles, skeleton circles, sacraficial circles but thank god there wasn't a doll circle or I would have noped on out of this video (me 10+ min later: OMFG why!?!). Loved the interview portion and def like how the creator has future plans to change up her island. Thank you for sharing this creative island with us and I can't wait for your next vid!

I love it, I love it all! My one tiny thing, just the tiniest complaint, is you should've been a dead camper at Camp Crystal. To me, that would've been more subversive, since you already have Jason lurking in the background. Other than that, this was amazing, great job Tina! 👏😁 Plus your Freddy Kreuger costume adorable! I never thought that I'd feel any uncomfortable during one of Chase's tours :D
So creative with the sleeping bags. I would not even think to use those black ones like that on the beach, let alone the others. Very creative. And the whole island was put together perfectly with all of the homage paid to so many Halloween classics.

The creepy music throughout is KK's "Dirge". It's one of my favourites in the game.
The picture of the woman in "Bates Motel" is Janet Leigh from the 1960s movie Psycho (where Bates Motel is originally from).
This is a fun island. Well done, Tina! I love horror islands. I think there are a lot of things that lend themselves to that theme in AC, even if they weren't intended that way. People are so creative, so you can do many different themes if you just think a little outside the box.

I love the attention to detail and all the classic horror film references like the washroom where she died in psycho (literally had the frame of her screaming) etc.

I thought this horror themed island was excellent. I admire horror fanatics. They tend to see the lighter side of horror and dark themes and find joy & interest in what makes most people afraid (like me who has a weak heart lol). I find it very charming that their mindset is different in that way. This is the first animal crossing game I played (other than playing Wild World briefly while waiting for the release) and I love how everyone is able to express their own interests and creativity. Tina did an excellent job!

I've never seen an Animal Crossing horror island yet that had an actual funeral scene so this was really hard to watch because I have PTSD and it's one of the things that gets me but like wow genuinely made an impact on me because of that so she did do an amazing job.
