Can i ask if you can cook on high with these? Do they turn black after from element/stovetop? Do they stain? Lets say from Tumeric or sauces? Thanks. My mans the cook around here and fathers day is coming up.

So far so good. We've cooked on high with not a lot of difference to the bottom of the pan. The nonstick has been good as well since making this video

you should try cooking without the butter. so you can see the effectiveness of it's non stick

Pretty sure it won't stick with medium heat.

Not this particular set. Look for ones with detachable handles or metal handles that ARE oven/induction safe.
