    In Summary, I mention 5 (plus 2 bonus) hacks to overcome your sugar cravings. I know from personal experience how cravings can just take over your life; you seem to spend more hours trying to avoid food than approach and enjoy. Let's put a stop to that, shall we?
    Below is a brief synopsis of each Tip that I cover in greater detail in the video.
    Tip 1: Throw out the Rule Book. Every one has their own life, hurdles, obstacles, etc. The MOST important thing is to be CLEAR about what you WANT. Once you have clarity, you can seek the tools to help you achieve your goal - success. The road is not straight; you will encounter detours and weather patterns forcing you to turn the wheel and take alternate routes from time to time. But NEVER forget your end point. Again, your struggle is your problem and your problem alone. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise or fool you into believing your own limitations.
    Tip 2: Emotional Control. When we eat sugary or carb-ridden foods, a sudden surge of dopamine is released in the brain. We become addicted to carbs much alike opioids. So, we must recognize that it will take time to wean ourselves off of this addiction. That being said, we must commit to searching for the underlying CAUSE(S) that drive us to CRAVE. We will talk about physiological factors in our bodies later; (lack of proper nutrients or yeast overgrowth) but our emotions tend have the STRONGEST 'say' among the three. So, if there was a way to recognize the situations when your emotions go unbalanced, we might be able to develop a plan of attack to prevent it. Once again, we all have our unique emotional struggle to overcome.
    Some plans of attack that I mention when you feel the stress coming on? Meditation, Yoga, Deep Breathing techniques, take a long walk, etc.
    Tip 3: Water! Dehydration is a common cause of physiologic imbalance. Are you drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces/day? For example, 150 lb women should aim for 75 oz a day. So, next time you find yourself grazing in the kitchen or driving around in search of a donut, put some sticky notes in just the right places to remind you to, instead, grab 8-16 oz of water, squeeze some lemon in it, and drink it down. Then ask yourself if you still want that treat.
    Tip 4: Remove Grains and Sugars from your diet (I have a whole video on this topic)
    Tip 5: Other nutrient deficiencies, parasites, toxins or yeast overgrowth (candida). In this video, I discuss some supplement protocols to re-establish healthy gut flora.
