@@Book70 i completely disagree. My advice is to turn off timing and utilize the cradle layup more. I don’t have a dunk on my build so I have to think about my positioning more. Yeah with timing you’ll have the guys who green 53% but if you aren’t greening opens there’s no point in using it

What’s your advice on finishing a close shot. To me it makes sense to let the ball go when their hand gets as close to the basket as possible as u don’t know if it’s gonna be a dunk at times, but u get sold on these and miss even with an 80 rating. Some ppl make it with a 65 or so, so they kno something I don’t lol.
Online layups and downs are a joke. I miss so many. I feel like i am playing FIFA where the fix the game for your opponent to have a chance to come back. Am I wrong?

You can also change the right joy stick direction mid dunk. That will change it to a layup and if you have acrobat and pro touch silver or higher its all 💰 🤑

Real Player Percentage means that the shot will go in semi randomly. It considers openness, player, shot rating, etc… to determine the percent chance of the shot going in in real life. So when you shoot, there is a random chance of it going in that gets better with good shot selection. I definitely would not recommend it unless you’re a true beginner. It takes away most of your agency as a player.

With a high close shot and layup the green window will be moderately sized. This means you can hit contested shots (by greening them) that likely won’t go in under real player percentage.

Do I even need to hold the turbo (R2) button to be able to do these different layups or do I need to let go at about the free throw line?
