From when I first ran across your channel, you have progressed so far...your confidence and self-discipline in being able to recover from those inevitable awkward moments. You recover fast, and give Banksy the leadership he needs so he's sure he's doing the right thing. Yes, you've had good coaches, but YOU did the WORK. You're proud of Banksy, and no wonder, but you can also be proud of the work you put in, the determination...you never quit, you kept pushing yourself. I just love watching you and your wonderful Banksy.
aaawwwww thank you that is so kind of you to say and lovely to hear -I am proud of the dedication and discipline ive put in this year its definitely paid off xx
This result could not have happened to a nicer equestrian UA-camr. Your dedication, discipline and determination are inspiring. Well done you and Banksy III because you absolutely smashed it Tina, awesome 🎉❤ x.
The white gate combination road like butter… beautifully. You’ll ate that course up👏👏 you should be very proud and pleased with yourself and Banksy👏👏👏 you had a plan, was focused and prepared and it looked so enjoyable. Great job team hairy legs. Banksy looks amazingly in shape/healthy 🧡
Congratulations! You and Banksy made Badders x -country look easy! A lot of hard work, sweat, and great coaching went into preparing, we know, but it was so worth it. I loved watching. Every time I picked your "best" fence, the next one was even better. So I ended up with a long list of "bests."😊
I think the way you jumped the white fences in and out was lovely, and the broken bridge was ridden effectively. You didn’t catch him in the mouth, and were clear with your intentions immediately when he backed off and began to trot. You should be soooo proud of yourself and Banks. I’d give anything to meet you two, love from New Zealand ❤❤
Tina, you have come sooooo far! I just love seeing all of your hard work pay off. 😊 Your confidence has just come along in leaps and bounds. So happy for you and Banksy, you both deserve it! ❤❤❤
You have come so far and watching you through this journey has been such an adventure! You should be so proud of you and Banks!!!! Way to go!! Brought tears to my eyes❤️❤️❤️. Love you both!!
Loved watching your badminton vlogs was living bicareusly through you. As I started riding when I was 5 years old I am now 44 years old. I had a riding accident when I was 13 years old and broke my left knee cap in 3 places. I was told that my knee would not take all the pressure and force of jumping anymore I miss riding alot.
I think you were so brilliant to ride with your brain fully functional through that course! You rode so proactively throughout the whole course and the majority of it spot on. For me, I know this is not the question you were asking, but for me, your best jump was the broken bridge. You got in your own way and fumbled him down to the trot but then you quickly pulled yourself together and rode how you needed to. For me, that is the hardest thing to do and you did it brilliantly. Can I also ask how many others teared up watching this again?! 😂 SO proud of you T!
I love that in comparison to earlier years, you'd told Cam (I believe it was Cam in a lesson video) that you weren't really interested in striving towards Badminton. Then, fast forward to last year with you being so gutted that you had to withdraw (for good reasons of course), to THIS year where you seem excited to strive towards those bigger goals! The mental, emotional, and physical changes in both you and Banks are astounding. I am so thrilled to have the pleasure of watching your growth, Tina. It's inspiring and uplifting to say the very least. Can't wait to see what this year has in store for you and Banksy Boo, and here's looking forward to Badders 2025! I simply cannot wait to see what comes next! 💙💙💙
This video was so helpful to watch, and I just LOVED watching the Equireel! I loved the way he tackled the two white gates - he just flew through it and hit both the striding and distances perfectly!!
Don't you EVEN apologize for Badders footage... I'll take whatever you got! Sooooooooo utterly happy for you! Still the hug from Robbo makes me cry every time!!! 🎉
I thought the gates as well, that you rode the best. And a huge thanks to Alex and Cam!! I'm so chuffed for you, Tina!! I'm so proud that your dream came true!! You finished a Badders course on Banksey, and you did it in Tina style! Badders 2025 will see you in front of the house with Meg!! Love from your very proud friend, the Retired Paramedic and Horse Trainer in Ontario, Canada, Jenn 💖 🇨🇦
You and Banksy were awesome Tina so very proud of you both . There are so many of us on here shouting from the of tops for you to do well and you certainly dint disappoint huge congratulations 🎊🍾🎉🎈 sweetheart xxx🤗🤗🤗
What a great duo! Thanks so much for this vlog! Loved reviewing the course again with Cam providing his expertise and insight into how to ride this course in the best possible way! A great foundation for anything planned for the coming year and a medal performance for “Badders” 2025! Well done both of you and all of your support team and friends as well!
I rarely comment on Yt, but here we go. I stumbled over your channel during the pandemic and girl, you´ve come a long way since then! First video I watched was, when you wanted to go on a hack with Banksy and you where too afraid to even get on him, cause you´ve fallen off of him a few days before. You´ve struggled so much to trust Banksy, to trust your own capeability. Every time you rode him you where looking for catastrophes (oh no, he sure will spook there!) and dangers, you was too afraid to embrace his speedy personality. I´m so proud of you two! It´s realy heartwarming to see, how you two developed and how much you BOTH enjoy what you´re doing. And how brave you became..just laughing it off when he spooks! Oh and also it´s nice to see how much you like dressage now. I´ve ridden only dressage and I´m a coward...fell off when I´ve tried a crosspole *lol* That was my first and last "fence". Trottpoles are high enough for me *g* I applaud you, Tina! And of yourse, your wonderful team and Sir Banksy...no words about him. He´s awesome and you are so lucky to have him.
you did a fantastic job of the whole course! but my favourite combinations as far as the ride, was the gates and the hedges that were solar panels last year. This video was a super awesome idea! thanks for sharing as always xox
Yea the gates defo felt smooth, the ones that were solar panels last year I had planned to put 4 in but rode 5 as I had interfered with the rhythm too much to slow him down before hand, but he was epic and jumping everything so well xx
Talk about a running start.....😂. Love seeing equireel footage. As you say a great training tool. You rode the whole course with confidence and determination, especially on the unfinished bridge. I feel the emotion each time I watch you and Meg. Best wishes for the rest of the season.
Making me cry all over again T with that Equireel lol, I was very impressed with your timely reaction at the broken bridge contrary to what some may believe, you felt him back off and dealt with the situation immediately without too much pressure. That in itself is a skill having them quick reactions knowing your horse and when they are backing off to encourage them forward when necessary. The whole course looked amazing and I am still so elated for you
Wow I was so proud of you on both , ⭐️⭐️what an incredible result . I thought you rode the wall brilliantly to me it was the one that required the utmost respect ⭐️
I am so glad you mentioned that the bringing back to trot had somewhat killed your impulsion and rhythm because I wanted to write this after your initial video but decided against. Tina you have learned so much and grown so much in your understanding of self and Banksy that one more little lesson is never break back to trot in the XC. Reduce the canter, slow the pace but don't break back to trot. And still for me the broken bridge showed how far you have come. You took it on and knew what was needed, held his hand and said go. Really good job girl. Really good job.
First combination was great--obviously the first one is where your nerves kick in, but you rode it perfectly. Banksy DID put in a short extra stride, but you knew he would! The gates you rode so smoothly! He hit the second element, but just barely, and the canter stayed very even through both elements. And trotting 18B! I burst out laughing at how easily he did that. Honestly, other than the broken bridge, he didn't even seem to look at anything--he just knew his job and he did it. And that's down to your hard work! GREAT JOB!!! 💖
Watching you again, still gives me goosebumps. Well done Tina. I hope you do get back to Badminton next year. I loved the vlogs and teared up when you jumped the last fence. I loved how you jumped the two white gates, I don’t know what numbers they were, but you smashed it all xx
Honestly I love your riding @ the broken bridge, your determination, like NO Banksy, we absolutely CAN do this, even though he was a bit sticky in the approach, was fab to see !! x
I shocked myself!! Bless him though I don’t think looking back he was gonna stop I think we just approached a little too speedy and he needed I tiny bit more time to judge it!!x
Aww I loved your badminton journey ❤ so glad you got to do it this year you and badly were amazing 🎉 I wish badminton was twice a year so I could watch it all over again 😊 xx
You made a grown man cry again watching your round again banks loves badminton as mush as he dose bicton 3 day and so glad you want give baddas ago again next year.
Tina you did SO well too get in the top ten,AFTER all the set backs, YOU had last year . Bsnksy love's a pony party, AND there's nothing better than badders .congratulations and all the best. Take care and have fun. 😊😊😊😊😊😊💖💖👍👍👍
I’m having a hard time choosing which fence(s) you jumped the best. I’m re-watching the entire course, then the course walk instructions versus how you rode the fences. I’ve paused partway through my second viewing to say that it’s impossible to choose just one. There were SO many that you did so well. However, if I HAD to pick just based off instruction versus riding, I’d say the crazy colored table at fence 2 and the big (to me!) hay cart thing at fence 5, you rode the most boldly and according to plan. However, I’ve only paused after the combination at 6 a&b, so I’ll be back with more of my opinions (with the caveat that I have been a show jumper rider for 3+ decades- and also ridden hunter show courses as I live in the U.S.- but am NOT an eventing rider!! I’ve schooled over cross country fences, but never done a real course. Certainly never COMPETED in eventing. So I know about striding on a flat surface, but am basing my opinions about your ride on what looked like the smoothest, most balanced fences/combinations AND off of Cam’s course walk instructions). I DO have to say that your riding over 6 a&b looked like you hit both distances perfectly, and were well balanced to both. So, although I didn’t include this combination in my favorites-so far- it’s ONLY based off of the difference between the course walk instruction and the actual ride. For what it’s worth, I think you made the right decision there! Looked like it rode like a dream! I’ll check back in after a few more jumps…
Tina and Banksy congratulations on your fantastic badders result.Have watched the vlog 3 times ! You have a great group of friends who are very supportive to each other.Meg is right next year would be lovely if meg emily lucy and yourself qualify. What a party that would be😁
Well done team Tina and Banksy, girl done good! 😀❤️ I think the first jump was your best..... why? Yes, I know you both jumped some much harder and awkward ones effortlessly but that first one needed to be perfect and it was, it proved you were both capable and set a positive attitude for you both! 👍😎🏆🍾🥂 It was so lovely to see!
I can’t get enough badminton content, your buzz is continuous 😂 I think 4a &b for the best jump , but it was hard to pick as the whole round was mega 💪🏻I love your 3 D’s I have 3 P’s patience, persistence and practice 🧡🇦🇺

I think definitely where you made the choice to go long, yes it's not what you talked about but you made the right decision before leaving and stuck to your decision.
@@LifeontheLeftRein exactly, I think Banksy dreams of being a TB!! :-D - You know your pony is quick, and while it's nice to take on the tough challenges, ultimately the target is the best place possible and to finish, so why take the risk? Keep it as simple as you can while keeping to time 🙂
