Can I use acrylic instead of translucent stains for the colors on top of the Kimple walnut translucent?

I'm afraid using acrylics on top of the translucent stains won't work because the translucent stains contain oil, which will cause an issue with acrylics. I'm sorry for the bad news.

Where did you get drying Extender

I purchased the Americana Drying Time Extender at Michael's Craft Store. Hope that helps.

Where are you buying your kimple colors?

Unfortunately, I have to buy my Kimple colors over the internet. I would recommend Americanceramics.com. As an fyi, fashenuhue colors work the same if you are struggling to find the Kimple colors. I hope that helps. Good luck and happy painting.
