when you export your beat from fl studio instead of exporting the wav file go to the bottom of the list where it says "zipped loop package" and click that. That's the file you would use for the track stems

Only the tagged mp3/wav file should be mastered as that is the 'showcase' file. The rest should be mixed.

There is no ideal. Tracks are different lengths, with different amounts of busses.
Some of mine are around 200mb

Your Mp3 bit rate should always be max quality, i.e 320k.

It should be the final product. Nobody is looking to listen to or buy a WIP, and uploading rough or 'in-progress' material just looks unprofessional.

You can send them an email with your tag. I always include it in the stems just in case the artist wanna use it. Much love!
