Thanks for the advice but the thing is, it’s not always about that look though. Looks can be very deceiving, most important is, is the house structurally in great shape. Some home owners make the house looks great to conceal a major problem in a house, that’s why they want to get rid of it. Others do renovations first but forget or didn’t know there is something more important that they needed to do for the house like maybe redo their insulation in the attic or something. There are many factors that goes in it. Ive seen houses that looked great on photos but when inspections happened, they dont want to fix stuff.

You can call homey just like it you know the can do that math yourself. Also this is a seller market right you have to pay more.

I always look past houses with pictures that are over saturated bc it seems to me they are trying very hard to make the house look better than it is

Hey Javier , thank you for this information! Im currently looking for a home and I have a realtor , but every home we have looked at was because my wife and I found the homes. He has yet to send us one to look at. I know this covid-19 has limited the homes, but how often do your clients send you homes to look at? Or you do all the search? My patience is running out and I might go with another realtor.
I feel the exact same way. I’m also currently looking for a home and I have a relator and been doing all the search on my own. I hope Javier can answer this question for the both of us.
Ask your agent to set you up on a search and you will be sent listings within your criteria as soon as they hit the market. I do this for all of my clients so they don’t miss anything. Your agent can set it up to send ASAP or several times a week, etc. Hope this helps!
Hi Michael! Not sure which state are you in but make sure you communicate with your agent as much as possible. The listings will hit the web through a data hub. Any agent who has access to MLS should be able to set up a search for you based on your criteria. You can also get notified as soon as a new property hits a market. What I also do for my clients, I match them with For Sale By Owners that are not in the MLS. Your agent might have a list of FSBO's as well. Just ask for it. Most of the time it is simply a miscommunication between the agent and client :) I hope this helps.

You can try and do something similar using an online search, Like I said in the video you won’t be able to get too detailed but you can get an idea
How far apart should I apply for new credit card and home loan. I plan on trying for my first home in December 2020. But I think its time I up my credit card with new one. I only have one with max $500. Does opening a new credit card hurt my DTI when I apply for mortgage loan????? Help please 🙏
WAIT! Don't apply for the credit card until after you close on the house!
You need a couple of credit lines about three. Maximum 500? How good is your credit score? With one credit card that low? Depending on lender, at least bofa will not approve unless you have 3 credit lines. Others will.its your debt to income ratio not how many credit lines you have. Unless you just opened them in nick of time to borrow Peter to pay paul.
