If I had known you were a cone magnet I would have begged you for your secret! Thank you so much for meeting me and collaborating on this shell trip. I'm thrilled it was a good shelling day and we both got some great goodies!
You guys should do another collab. Your turn to host maybe somewhere Sharmon has never been? That would be so fun. Great finds today. Really enjoyed the video.
How wonderful for the both of you! Nice and great finds. You shelled in the place I shelled when I went there. I have friends that have camped on Keewaydin a few times at very negative low tide where they walked out SO far at that tip. I will not even mention how many alphabet cones they collected LOL It's a haven for them and large horse conchs. Snorkeling there is also pretty cool too if you like that kinda thing. The current around the tip is strong if you go too far out but if you stay close to the shore you just float around the entire tip grabbing at shells as the tide takes you out...get out, walk around and do it again and again, it's fun! There are lots of piles out in the water close to the shore around the tip. From my circle of shellers the tip is one of the best places on that island to shell. And after a storm...good heavens there are so many large horse conchs it's ridiculous!
Hi friend! Let me tell you... I love camping in Florida - experiencing wild nature here is second to none! Unabashedly, I'll admit that It's also the BEST way to ensure you are the first on the beach in the morning to find goodies 😄 Thanks so much for watching!
You had a banner day. So fun! The tiny horse conchs (pony conchs?) are so cute. Please be careful when picking up cone shells in the water. All cones are poisonous. I’d hate for you to get stung. I really enjoy your channel. 🤗
My two favorite shelters! Love that you’re keeping Loki in the intro also. The photography in this video is stunning. Love the scans of the piles done slowly so you can actually see them.
You sure did find some beautiful alphabet cones, especially that large dark brown one. You also found some exquisite lace myrex. For a minute i thought that white fighting conch was an albino which would have really impressed Sharmon. And the fighting conch with golden and white stripes...wow! Glad you enjoyed yourself; thanks for taking us along! ❤
I watch SWF Beach life on Sunday and was looking for yours to see what you found. The white Florida fighting conch with the purple is amazing, I 've never seen anything like it! Thanks for sharing!
That white conch with purple was literally sitting in the wrack line - dozens of people must have walked past it that morning, lol! Thanks for watching!
That beautiful Orange Blond at 14:10 and then several other orange shells in quick succession .. loving the little Calico too..Thank you soooo much.! ❤️🤗🏝️🐚
Wow what a beautiful video! Some of those scenic shots were amazing. Wonderful finds and I bet Sharmon was jealous of your very pretty fighting conchs. Thank you for sharing.
Super fun idea Brian, doing a collaboration with Sharmon! Love both you guys. Yall make the best videos. Beautiful shells, love those alphies!!! I can't wait to do Hemmingway to Keewaydin!!
Wow! What a great time you two had. Glad you went 2 different directions. Gave us a better idea of the island. And really happy you finally got to meet Sharmon. I have REALLY got to get down to Keewaydin!!!
Gorgeous beach and a stunning haul of shells! It is always fun to meet up with other people who share our interests and the shelling community seems to have loved this collaboration between you and Sharmon.
I love both of you and your videos. SWF Beach life with Sharmon is just great. I have contacted her and shared some things with her she is super, Brian, I follow you as well. I have also posted and asked where you are in Maine as that is where we live. I have shelled a couple of the same places that Sarmon has been. You both do a great job sharing, and I thank you both for taking me places that I will never travel to and you both love Florida Fighting Conchs....you sure found beautiful ones today. Thanks and love the collaboration❣️🦋❣️🐾🐾🐚🐚🐚🌊
Hi friend! I do a lot of shelling in Maine because I am originally from northern New England(NH), and I have family and friends that live in Maine. I shell a lot in Casco Bay, Midcoast, and Downeast when I can! Thanks so much for watching!
Brian, I love me some purple shells too! 😄🐚💜 You’ve got some stunning treasures there! Thank you for sharing with us!! And blessing us with this awesome collab!
I love your videos you put in so much time editing to get gorgeous scenes that are beautiful to the eye and ear and the shells you collect are great! Loved the colours of this video you captured a paradise. Thank you
Yay for the rose murex! Glad you finally found one! I love Keewaydin. In January, my son got buzzed by a bald eagle on the southern tip while it was being chased by osprey. Looks like you had a quiet morning. And Thanks for the ocean sound running through the shells … my favorite sound in the world!
Amazing!True tulips are my favorite. We went to Sanibel over the weekend and found some nice shells.I feel like since the hurricane Sanibel’s ocean floor has changed.Definitely looking into going to Keewaydin.Looked like a beautiful day😊
The only 2 people I subscribe to on UA-cam collaborating. Love it. ❤ Awesome Alphabet Cone finds. As always, thank you for sharing your AMAZING adventures.
What a beautiful surprise to see my favourite youtube shelling friends ! This was an amazing idea and I appreciate both of you so much ! Thank you ❤️🐚🏖️😎
Oh wow! Keewaydin is now on my bucket list! I love that you share with us a wide variety of shells even if they aren't all perfect - I have learned so much from your videos! Thank you!
Bonjour from Ottawa Canada - Thank you for the lovely beach walk! Its just very interesting to see your preference in shells - your picks and Swf as well. But I must say I thing you had an awsome day - you have a very good eye. Take good care - see you again soon.🎉🎉
I LOVE the collaboration! What a fun way to watch two of my favorites on the same beach on the same day at the same time! Thanks for teaming up, y’all!
I certainly appreciate you and Sharmon for sharing all your knowledge and beautiful beach walks! Keewaydin is so amazing I love it there! That lightning whelk was beautiful when you put the moon snail back in the water. Assuming it was broken or alive? Holy moly alphabet cones!
Hi Brian 👋🏼 Everything you found was absolutely stunning 🤩 I love the sound of all the shells tumbling around in the waves.. I call them Sea Chimes.. 🥰 So calming just like wind chimes😊 My Mom and I are going to be vacationing at Marco Island the first week in June and we are planning on going to Keewaydin. We cannot wait! I hope 🤞🏻 to find an Alphabet Cone, Gaudy Natica & Lace Murex & Rose Murex.. I have yet to find any of those.. Thank you for sharing your adventure with us!! Take Care! TTFN 👋🏼 ❤
I think you'll definitely find an Alphabet Cone, a Gaudy Natica, and a Lace Murex - those shells are pretty common in this area of Florida. The Rose might be a little bit of a challenge, but I wish you the best of luck! Thanks for watching!
Sharmon probably already told you, but the land snail, I believe is called a Cuban Brown Snail or something like that (they are always white when I find them. I don’t know 🤷♀️ why they are called brown snails, but apparently they come in different colors). Those purple lipped fighting conches are gorgeous, especially the white one with the pale purple on the lip. So fun to see a collab between two of my favorite UA-camrs. 🥰 I am really missing the beach right now, so I definitely enjoyed this! Thanks!
Love that you two did this together. You’re my favorites! And wow, amazing shells! I was there a couple months ago and didn’t near as many fabulous shells.
Absolutely..Wow ! Awesome finds for you both ! I had the Joy of meeting Sharmon on a kayak shell tour a while ago. Had a Blast ! So glad you two met up for shelling ! Fantastic video ! Thank you !!
Hi Brian! Thanks for the great video tour of your shelling adventure. I have followed Sharmon for some time and love her videos. Now I'm subscribed to your channel too! I'm from Washington State and an avid shell collector but have never been to Florida. Hoping to come later this year.
Hi shell friend, thank you for the sub! I was in Seattle on a work trip recently and was able to get out and do some beachcombing - I'll feature that episode some time in the near future! Thanks for watching!
I have to tell you Brian. I absolutely love your channel. I also travel the world and go sea shelling. It’s my passion. I used to be a professional poker player, but I retired when I got married and now me and my wife go shelling all over the world. It’s something I really enjoy and I can tell that it’s something you really enjoy as well. I love this collaboration video you did with our friend in Florida. She is such a sweet lady. If you ever get a chance, hit me up and we’ll go shelling together sometime. In the meantime, keep those videos coming! I love to follow your journey. 😎
Hi friend! I truly appreciate your great feedback on the channel, and I love that you find enjoyment watching the content. Thank you so very much for watching!
What an amazing day🥰!! Love watching both your videos. So excited you guys teamed up and explored together😁. Jealous I couldn't be there enjoying the great finds as well.
I love both of your channels and truly appreciate you two getting together for a great collab! Several things you two have in common, trash off the beach, live animals back to the water and mostly...my absolute favorite...just relaxing to enjoy the whole experience. Gosh, I miss the beach and the hunt for all things interesting. Through you two, I'm still walking, still searching, and one hundred percent enjoying! Off to finish this video of beauty.
This was quite a fun video to watch and as I really don't watch any other shelling videos, I thought that there was not much interaction as you were mostly the sole star of this video...thank you for that...and this adventure in shelling turned up some interesting finds! Looking forward to more adventures with you and thanx for letting me tag along on yet one more adventure with no need for suntan lotion...lol...in 4K, of course!
