Had she stayed in school, studied the chemistry for herself and graduated then she would have understood better not to mention some basics of management courses too.
Thank you for making these videos, each new video becomes more interesting than the last one, my favorite so far is the Conan O'Brien: How To Create A Great Work Culture, I have watched it a few times with friends, just to see their reaction and to ask them about their own work culture, non of them matches Conan's My work place was originally difficult but everyone worked hard to change it so everyone could have a voice, unfortunately I had to stop working there to take care of my mom who suffers from Alzheimer's which I'm still doing, then the pandemic happen and the company couldn't survived the downturn of the economy so it doesn't exist anymore. I don't know if the reason for the great resignation that we are seeing now is the direct consequences from that toxic environment that many business had for decades, I hope it changes, no one CEO or anybody in management can run a productive business without employees.
I hope your mom gets well soon! I'm glad that you are all doing all your best to improve the culture of the company, I'm sorry to hear that the company is closed. I do hope things get better soon. There's an article from MIT (I put the link in the description), that found that toxic culture is one of the biggest reasons why people resign. So I hope more and more companies will do their best to create a better work culture for everyone. Thanks for watching and take care! I wish for you all the best!!
Loved the style of analysis, please keep it up, the view stats will grow, i have no doubt about. Fun\ fact: Elizabeth's father was a VP on Enron, maybe you can do a deep dive on the Enron scandal next. Its really biazzre.
Thank you very much!! So apparently the apple doesn't fall far from its tree. Will definitely do a more thorough research and see what interesting stuff I can pull out from there. Thanks for the idea!!
