    I just want to share some info. One of the reason bakit kelangan pa rin ng mga 50 yrs old pataas mag-exercise ay para mapanatili ang muscle tone. Kasi yan ang pinakaPundasyon natin para hindi magShrink ang ating mga Muscle. Meron kasabihan, "Anything we do not use, we will lose". Kaya maraming elders ang weak dahil Wala na halos Muscles. 58 yrs old na po ako. Goodam.

      agree po hehe si Chuando Tan kasing edad mo po sir na maintain nya muscle mass, grabe din disiplina sa diet, 6-8 hrs sleep tas pati exposure din sa araw sulit nya Vitamin D sa umaga tas iniiwasan nya peak sun hours 10am to 4pm.

    I'm 61yrs old. I do exercise like crunches, donkey kicks, bridges twist, squat, lunges. Just to toned my body, and breast firming. Minsan push up half body lamg😂

    Lods tanong ko lang ok ba ang program ko na to 4 times in a week lang kasi ako nag bubuhat
    1st day CHEST SHOULDER AND TRICEP ( THURSDAY?
    2nd Day Back BICEP And LEGS ( FRIDAY )
    3rd day CHEST SHOULDER AND TRICEP
    ( SATURDAY)
    4th day BACK BICRP AND SHOULDER ( SUNDAY)
    Then 3 days rest po ako
    Yan lang kasi available na days na hindi ako busy sa work from Thursday to sunday

      medyo mabigat ng konti. pero ok pa rin yan. dapat targetin mo ang 68kg

    Ka prakti, marami akong natutunan sa lahat ng ina upload u . Im 52, i can lift 20kg dumbel each side thru incline press, pero now nalaman ko na bawasan , sapat na siguro ung 12.5kg,pero magaan sa akin, and i usualy go to gym 2x a week because of hectic schedule from ofice and farm. gusto ko sana 4x a week kaso no time, ok lang b ung 2x a week prakti?

    Iam 71 years old and doing walking jogging and weights for 2.5 hours total 4 times per week is this ok

      medyo mahaba ang oras na yan sir para sa edad mo. wag ka ng magjogging,walking na lang then light weights training. 1 hour is enough
