@@andrecostermans7109, unfortunately, most of the women in Turkey don't know how to drive on road, probably he is the only one that can drive that tractor in the family. You may ask why doesn't he teach them how to drive, it is a cultural thing.
It really helps to have young men available to help do some of this heavy lifting that the women are doing. The Ladies are doing a fine job and maybe no men are available. This Family is doing there own hard work and are not bringing in some foreign workers, I wish them well.

These machines have been around for many years but very few farmers where I grew up had one. I certainly wish we had when I was on the farm. It would have made life so much easier.
Very inefficient that system. The woman has to lift every load. also because the tractor goes so far. I do not understand. They are wasting time and using a lot of senseless force.

Let one of the girls drive and use a pitchfork. Or get a bale slide and tow a trailer right behind the baler. Saves much more time.

when I was a kid we towed a wagon with a flat deck that was 8 feet wide and 16 feet long and had a back on it about 4 ft high, behind the baler. An extension on the baler brought the bales up to the front where you grabbed them and carried them back to stack. One fall day I stacked 12 loads of a hundred + bales of straw on that wagon by myself, and then threw them off to be stacked in the stack yard. total bales moved that day by me was 2400+. We never would have gotten done with this rig.
We use to stick the tractor in 3rd at half throttle, and all of us kids would run beside the wagon with some hooks and just start throwing them on the wagon to my dad or grandfather who would stack them. We would take turns running the tractor to get a break every so often. Grandpa normally pulled the bailer with a Farmall M and the wagons with a old massey ferguson 85 gas model. He still has both of them but neither have run in years. A little farmall C he had back then is the only one he still has up and running from back then. He's 83 years old now and hasn't farmed for a living since the early 90's. He still tinkers around a bit, but has to much arthritis in his hands to get into anything really difficult. I had some of the best summers of my life up there on that farm tho. I often wish life today was as simple as it was back then just throwing 80lb bales of hay on a wagon with my family. Unfortunately about 15 years ago some neighborhood kids burnt down grandpa's 200 year old gamble roof hay barn smoking cigarettes in there. Hasn't planted even 1 acre of alfalfa since.
My experience was similar. Bales came off the bailer into a sled which released them in batches of 6 or 8. We then pitch forked them onto the trailer. I guess when you have 3 daughters and no sons you need some muscle. He probably got his money back renting its services to his neighbours. Nice little unit. Lovely rural setting. I miss the peace and quiet.

Şöfor abla olsun. Balyeyi kaldırıp makineye koyan da adam olsun. Daha mantıklı olur. Daha sağlıklı olur. Bide bu makine de 3 kişi lazım en az. Daha pratik bi makine var. Şoför koltuğundan kontrol ediliyor. 5 kat yukarıya balyayi kaldirabiliyor. 2 kişi yeterli. Bir şoför biri düzelten. Makine pulluk takılan yere takılıyor. Kasa ile traktör arasındaki boşluğa. Hiç alan kaybetmeden kasa normal yerine takılıyor. Daha hizli daha kolay

Yeah, but still better than lifting it up with a fork (But a fork would help get it onto the loader easily). My brother in law throws the bales so high up (with the fork) that one time we couldn't fit trough the hay barn door (which is maximum height 4.5m...). I barely can manage the 3.5 mark. The arms on the device look like they are at maximum extension. Not sure if they can reach up the 4m mark (max. legal in Germany). On the other hand, fixing the arm (looks like fast adjusting) on a shorter length would have avoided that dust throw up on the first few layers.
The girls are trying to appear in the video. I think that what girls do is normally done by boys. It's pretty obvious that the girls have never done hard work before.
@Gabriel Ruyalcaba Generally, boys go to big cities to work in Turkey, but girls in the village can help their fathers because there is no one to work in agriculture, but it is very rare.

Şöfor abla olsun. Balyeyi kaldırıp makineye koyan da adam olsun. Daha mantıklı olur. Daha sağlıklı olur. Bide bu makine de 3 kişi lazım en az. Daha pratik bi makine var. Şoför koltuğundan kontrol ediliyor. 5 kat yukarıya balyayi kaldirabiliyor. 2 kişi yeterli. Bir şoför biri düzelten. Makine pulluk takılan yere takılıyor. Kasa ile traktör arasındaki boşluğa. Hiç alan kaybetmeden kasa normal yerine takılıyor. Daha hizli daha kolay

Yeah, but still better than lifting it up with a fork (But a fork would help get it onto the loader easily).
My brother in law throws the bales so high up (with the fork) that one time we couldn't fit trough the hay barn door (which is maximum height 4.5m...). I barely can manage the 3.5 mark.
The arms on the device look like they are at maximum extension. Not sure if they can reach up the 4m mark (max. legal in Germany). On the other hand, fixing the arm (looks like fast adjusting) on a shorter length would have avoided that dust throw up on the first few layers.
This thing or similar was in use in the 1960s. So not a new invention

The girls are trying to appear in the video. I think that what girls do is normally done by boys. It's pretty obvious that the girls have never done hard work before.
The girl below is more prone to agriculture and she knows she must have helped her father before, but I can't say the same for the girls above.
