  • We are unboxing our new front runner pro camp table. We have been happy with our inexpensive table we used the last couple years but with the new roofnest falcon roof top tent on the way we need to find a place for the things that were once on the roof. While this table is very expensive I am sure it will last forever. It is a rugged beautiful piece of equipment and with the ability to store it under the rack it was worth every penny. The other big plus is the ease of getting it off the rack. I really like being able to setup camp quickly and this will turn a 5 minute job into a 30 second job. Keep an eye out for our upcomming videos where we install and do a complete review.
    The Front Runner Pro Table is a lightweight, sturdy full-sized camp table is ideal for food preparation, food serving, and gathering around for a sit down camp dinner. Features include a stainless steel top and black powder-coated aluminum frame. Specifically designed to be easily stored UNDERNEATH most Front Runner Slimline II Roof Racks.*
    Front Runner Pro Table Under Rack Bracket is an accessory for your Slimline II rack that allows you to store either a Pro Stainless Steel Camp Table, a Pro Stainless Steel Prep Table or a Pro Stainless Steel Prep Table With Basin underneath it.
    You can find all of these products on frontrunner.com

    Was the FR table kit hard to install with the rack already on the vehicle?

      I apologize for taking so long to get back to you! It was very easy to install with the rack on. I think I'm going to go for a second table and try to install it with my rooftop tent still on that will probably be a giant pain😅

    Chuck, nice video. I'm thinking of getting the full length FR roof rack and table for my Ikamper. You are right, it's a very expensive table, and I'm not too sure if it's worth it. Your thoughts?

      I really love the table and I am packed so tight that having it tucked under the rack is perfect. It is not a big deal when I am in an established campground but off the beaten path having the table is essential. It's expensive but gald I have it. If I could fit a cheaper table somewhere else I probably would do that. I ran with a cheap walmart table for quite a while. good luck with your build

    Nice add! If you find some more spare change, you can actually install two tables under that rack because the mounting rail has two cutouts. The wider cutout towards the rear fits the Camp table, and the narrower cutout towards the front fits the Prep Table. The Prep Table is great for grilling/cooking, and the camp table is for sitting/eating. Super slick. The only downside is that I can't open my sunroof because the table mounts for the Prep Table would interfere with it (at least I think they would). In 12 years, I never opened the sunroof anyway, so it's no biggie for me.

      oh man I wish you wouldn't have said that 😅 prep table is now officially in the future vision.

    Nice video - BUT - it looks great on your flat garage floor but I am concerned about real-world use - can't remember too many flat campsites. An adjustable leg would be great. Glad to see you getting your son starting on adventure early,

    I think this addition is super cool and sleek but way too expensive for a table lol. Im thinking possibly making my own brackets to fit a bigger table. Cuz that looks tiny haha. Idk if its possible

    Thanks for the video, on the rubber inserts... do you recall how many of these strips came with the setup? 1 or 2 strips and how long were they, thanks.

    • @BradyAdventures
      @BradyAdventures  3 роки тому

      I think it came with 2 that were about 3' long. I am not sure since a bunch of that rubber also came with my wolf pack mounts so I used some extra under there and have a decent amount laying around.

    Thanks for doing these videos! Super useful. I am in the midst of the suspension upgrade you suggested right now and thanks to your review picked up the front runner roof rack.

    Love your content. Do the frontrunner tables fit under all their slimline 2 racks?...or do you have to get taller legs on the rack? Thanks.

    • @BradyAdventures
      @BradyAdventures  4 роки тому +1

      I think it depends on the truck/suv and how the roofline is shaped but also think most fit. I don't think taller mounts are required in most cases but the guys at frontrunner will know for your specific vehicle.

    Could you please measure the width for me, I'm really hoping it's 44 inches wide or less even though it says it's 44 inches 1/2 online. Trying to build a hide away table in my 4runner cargo area
