Don’t worry to much about your hair hun. My hair was falling out about a year and a half ago. I think women go through periods of shedding. Getting my hair cut definitely helped and just being gentle with it, no tight hairstyles, try loose plaits 🫶🏻
@samthenotetaker1 - definitely true! Just shared this with someone else recently. I, too, went through some craziness hair loss that had me nearly convinced I had some terminal illness or something.
Nope. Just hormonal shifts and changes. Happens to generally every one at some point.
Thanks for sharing. Sorry for yapping lol
this makes me feel so much better.... thank you❤️ i need to stop being so hard on myself
Hey Heather! I’m so happy you decided to vlog it is so wonderful seeing your beautiful face! I remember in my early 20s I had just gotten out of a bad relationship. I was in a brand new environment, I had no friends and I would get anxiety every single night . An aunt of mine recommended to go to a couple local bars around my house and just start talking to people. The inner introvert in me wanted to do nothing of the sort, but I did it and I made some really great friends! I had to push myself out of my comfort zone. Have a couple drinks, and I made some really wonderful friends! I could totally see you doing that you got this girl!❤
hi love! thank you so much for your sweet comment🥺 this made my day ily!❤️
Heather you are a beauty 💔💯
🥺🥰❤️
Right? She looks f*cking great! I can't believe she thinks she looks bad. Boggles my brain.
Sending hugs Heather! 💜

Florida was always temporary for you, it was never your end game. You just realized that earlier rather than later and that is totally okay, in life there is never a set amount of time for anything, and the best way to use that time is by being somewhere you love! Life is too short to do anything that isn't making you 100% happy! You tired something new and you should be so proud, even if it wasn't something that lasts forever
thank you maggie🥺❤️ your support has truly meant the world to me and im so lucky to have you as a friend xoxo
Yes, girl!!! Loose skin, Bobby approved…we’re (still) twins. Except for music, Justin Bieber is my bf, just so you know 🤣 And losing hair…I lost hair from about 6-9 months post op. It’s getting way better but I have so many baby hairs growing in! I have only watched the beginning of your video so far so I’m sure I’ll have more to comment. But I’m so glad to see you! You made my day!
girl we seriously are twins lol!!!!!! love ya!❤️
i have seen some people saying that the mielle made their hair fall out. I saw a professional react to it and say that it is a very heavy product(too heavy for some peoples hair which then causes it fall out) so for some people it is best to mix it with other oils rather than applying it alone!
omg oh no really?! 😭😭😭 thank you for telling me oh gosh i need to find something else.... do you have any recommendations?
@@heather_huff_ It freaked me out when I heard about it so I had an extra glass bottle that I mixed a couple droppers of the mielle with a couple droppers of castor oil and a little bit of tea tree oil(dry scalp) but I haven't been using it long enough to really know if its making any difference lol hope this helps!
Where is your phone case from??
shein! :)
I'm bouncing this month between 5-10 lbs but June will be my one yr n I'll be down 200 sometime in June. It's a water retention thing with me to be expected dt to the cause which isn't treatable but overall it's not the only factor to not stop losing either
congratulations that is AMAZING!!!!
@@heather_huff_ I'm still glad to see your pushing through in Florida your definitely in a nice area! Are you going to have a chance to go swim or see the manatees? Plus there's a ferry that goes to key west from ft Myers that works be an awesome vlog in the future imo. Keep going you're doing great!
Good 2cu again. Try getting the best natural hair supplement you can or a pregnancy vitamin. Have you had a complete nutrition panel done yet? Not the cbc cholesterol h1c crap but sometime like what a wellness Dr would get into. Your figure has definitely changed well! Are you trying to do light weights like 5-20lbs arms shoulder press etc. High reps low weight. You got this.
thank you!!! i definitely need to start doing arm workouts... also i had a blood test for my 3 month post op visit and everything was good to go! as far as vitamins since i take the bariatric ones do yk if adding another vitamin is too much? maybe ill ask my doc
@@heather_huff_ I don't think it can hurt if it's a hair nail n skin but always good to have a quick talk allot at next apt. It's very common for hair to thin out some but it will grow back to everything is adjusting. I used to take vital proteins for collagen protein I just haven't in the past couple months I gotta start again. I believe you're using rosemary oil that's good for scalp stimulation plus your in a much warmer n humid climate too but yes I think leave in creams, coconut oil, humectants are gonna help your hair n scalp too. I have oily skin n scalp in summer I'm a fan of tea tree shampoo n conditioner Hask preferably I also don't blow dry my hair just color it. I was actually alittle scared to bleach it again talked to my dresser she said as long as you use a 20 volume work the bleach powder n a 10 volume with toner you'll be good it takes couple more minutes to work but won't burn scalp or hair like a 40 volume. I had a chem burn like that once not fun at all I was flipping in the salon. I bleach my own hair now.
Hm…looks like my previous comment was removed for some reason even though I was not attacking or being mean to anyone. Just mentioned that getting a blood test could help realize nutritional deficiencies that may causing your hair loss. Hoping for the best for ya Heather
