I'm not Muslim, but I've been listening to the melodies on this channel for a few weeks now. Not only before bed, but on my breaks at work, on the bus/metro, taking deep breaths and gathering strength that can only be given by the source who created us all. I'm trying to read the Qur'ran and have faith it its words because I feel like I need a system of beliefs properly set to live a fulfilling life. I have my own tests on this life to face, my own dilemas to come to terms with before considering taking the shahada. But I hope this light grows more and more in me, and, please, pray for me if you, reading this comment, can. Jazakallahu khairan, Calm Islam.
EDIT: I Took my shahada last December 26th. I keep asking Allah to have mercy on me and to make it easy for me to worship Him, for indeed He is my Rabb and I am His servant.

In essence music, speech, anything that can be heard are sound vibrations. There are vibrations that have frequecies that are toward the demonic side and there vibrations toward the angelic side. The discussions about music primarily arise in the books of Hadith, which carry varying interpretations and opinions.
It’s important to note that Allah (SWT) revealed the Holy Quran to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as the ultimate and complete source of guidance. The Hadith, while valuable for understanding context, was written by men after the Prophet's (PBUH) time, without direct designation or authority from Allah (SWT) or the Prophet (PBUH). Being human, they were not free from the possibility of error.
Therefore, if any Hadith conflicts with the Quran, it should be examined critically, as the Quran is the highest and unchangeable source of divine wisdom. May Allah (SWT) guide us all to the truth with wisdom and understanding.

You should research music if it is allowed or not in the holy Quran for your satisfaction. We have done ours, and we find music not mentioned anywhere. But even then, we use a very minimal musical approach for our listeners.

Imam al-Ghazali, reported several hadith and came to the conclusion that music in and of itself is permitted, saying: "All these Ahadith are reported by al-Bukhari and singing and playing are not haram." He also references a narration from Khidr, wherein a favorable opinion of music is expressed.
Music is pure as water. If you mix water with alcohol, it becomes haraam, and likewise, if you mix music with obscene actions, thoughts, and lyrics it becomes haraam. If you chop vegetables with a knife it is halaal, but if you hurt someone with a knife, it is haraam. Azaan is also sung in musical notes, people learn to recite qirat, and quran in proper composition and tune. It all depends on how you use water, knife and music. Music is a tool, and element, so use it the right way.

This is beautiful but remove music from it. Listening music will give us no benefit in the eyes of Allah. Music is satan's tool.
No, it’s not true. Music is not what you think it is. Music is the purest energy like water. If you mix water with alcohol, it becomes haram, but if you drink it in its pure form, it is not haram. Likewise, music mixed with nudity is not right, but clean music is a gift of Allah. Use it the night way.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْكُوفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْقُدُّوسِ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ هِلاَلِ بْنِ يِسَافٍ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " فِي هَذِهِ الأُمَّةِ خَسْفٌ وَمَسْخٌ وَقَذْفٌ " . فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَتَى ذَاكَ قَالَ " إِذَا ظَهَرَتِ الْقَيْنَاتُ وَالْمَعَازِفُ وَشُرِبَتِ الْخُمُورُ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَابِطٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مُرْسَلاً وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ .
'Imran bin Husain narrated that the Messenger of Allah(s.a.w) said: "In this Ummah there shall be collapsing of the earth, transformation and Qadhf." A man among the Muslims said: "O Messenger of Allah! When is that?" He said: "When singing slave-girls, music, and drinking intoxicants spread."

We can see these three didn't exist in Ummah before but are becoming common post colonization Fitnah.

We are Muslims and we believe in Allah and his Messenger Muhammad Sallalahu Alayihi Wassallam. We believe in the message conveyed by the Prophet, be it Qur'an or his teachings (that I have mentioned above)
So I will rather believe in Allah and His Messenger Sallalahu Alayihi Wassallam than some Kafir who tells me to go against them.
