I was in a band once a while back where we were our own Roadies.
I used to wear a "Crew" shirt with a fictitious name on it and as we
were setting up, sometimes someone would come up to me asking
about the band.
I would tell Whoever I was talking to that the band was really very
good with AWESOME TUNES.
I would then start telling how the guys in the band were really pretty
cool dudes.

He's TOTALLY bizarre and really out there.
I would continue to really throw the Bass Player under the bus.
But then I would tell whoever that he's also a fantastic player and that
they should stick around for the show.
Of course I was talking about MYSELF.
When they would come to the show --- they would see ME up there.
AND THAT'S when they got the joke.
I would reccommend it to anyone in a band.
It's really pretty funny and it hurts NOBODY.
But it sometimes gains a new fan or two.

No, his publicist told him to go on SNL and they wrote this for him. I’m sure he’s an ok guy, but he could still be a major douche bag and this skit does nothing to disprove that.

RL R Before you get all judgmental..I'm not a fan of his or a hater as such, I don't really care..but as someone who is primarily a singer being able to play different characters is pretty impressive. I've seen him in one or two more skits and he was pretty good in those as well and i didn't know he was capable of that so keep your blind hatred to yourself.

But don´t worry, maybe it is a young phase. I hope with age you can appreciate what good acting and good singing is. And I don't expect him to be a splendid actor, which is the point, he is passable..and you should really think before you just type up rude and judgmental replies because you have no idea of what kind of shows I do and do not watch and what kind of music I listen to..hopefully this is a 'young phase' for you too and you will grow into being more polite and if it's too late then kindly stop sharing your opinions as I do not care for them.
