This would be awesome as a fully fleshed out universe, have the ultimate henchmen as the protagonist and his rival be an equally strong hero sidekick, both look unassuming but are actually way more powerful than their bosses. That would be sick
And since the henchman hates heroes who acts like villains, why not make the sidekick hate villains with morals

Not to mention, the shady dealings within the hero community that makes them question on who really is the hero and the villain?
I can see that there would also be other rival villains too and minions which might turn out to be just as strong if not stronger.
They kinda did that in Venture Bros with Henchmen 21

I don’t know why but I want the villain he works for to be like a kind of down on his luck but still caring uncle type. Like he’s not jealous of his henchmens power. In fact he barely even cares about the power itself and is more impressed and proud that the henchman is still loyal despite being stronger then him. He’s more interested in finding ways to use the power for villainy like heists then for battle. The kinda guy who genuinely loves his workers but will still yell at them when they do stupid shit. He’d buy one of the younger henchmen his first beer and drive him to the library to get study books.
Lol I forgor I had a youtube channel. Ive been doing "real" voice work too much and forgetting to have fun with the thing that was originally my fucking hobby so Imma TRY to make more fun stuff for the channel to supplement my mental need for people to tell me my voice sounds nice.
