I am so confused how this woman thinks a 15 year old was the father that would open a whole new can of worms. Not to mention it still sounds crazy wrong i have doupts on the cusian. I do think her showing her plan is crazy wrong.
Fun fact it generally wasn’t really a crime for a woman to have sex with an underage boy until the 1990’s statuary rape and age of consent laws only applied when it was an adult male and female minor. Contrary to popular belief age of consent laws weren’t put in place to protect children just to control girls. Thankfully this has changed
I remember a huge scandal in the celebrity world. Apparently the male lead in the Netflix show Rebelde, got a model knocked up. He was 17 and she was 29. He wasn't even an adult when the baby was born. The woman filed for child support and he had no income, so his very famous mom had to pay child support
Majority of the world and contrary to popular belief majority of the united states the age of consent is 16-17 years old and in many places it only applies to Men as the laws weren’t initially put in place to protect children but to control girls
Made me think of that story years back, a woman tried to sue Justin Bieber for CS, problem was he would have been 14-15 at the time of conception. Pretty sure he wasn't even legal at the time of the lawsuit.
Most places it becomes legal to have intercourse are either 18 years old or when they are married , anytime under the age limit means it's statuary rape of the person is under 18 years old.
In Brazil it is legal to sue the grandparents for child support in place of the father .this happened to my aunt's husband when he was sued for child support for his grandson in place of his son because the court couldn't find the son .
Story 1: that woman suing for child support should go to jail. She stole & copied confidential papers from her job. Bet that's why she got fired. And no court will make family members pay another family member's child support. It's illegal.
Grandparents can be sued if their kid is under aged (can’t remember if it’s 18 or 21) but once the kid is over the age they are no longer responsible. Just because when you kid is a minor your responsibility for them
This happened to me, but worse. The child support division of the attorney general started taking child support out of my check each week. This went on for several months. The woman was a Mexican woman, from a state I had never been to. It turned out that the man was a illegal immigrant who stole my social security number.
So my ex had 4 practice families very long story but fun fact after the child turns 18 the child is eligible to file for all back child support. My sons are 27 and 29 and they're still getting 300 a month from deadbeat😁
You cannot get child support from another family member unless the father of the child is a minor. She can file with the state and the state can provide some support -- Story 2: You cannot go after the new wife's income to cover child support. They are not responsible for the child. It is off his income only and he has to submit financials and they have to be notarized. The "adopted child" means he had a kid and had his parental rights terminated so that child was able to be adopted by someone else. And they never make a parent pay a lump sum of back support - they tack on additional monthly payments. Also - even if the guy had a kid move in with him, it will not erase back support. And back support has to be paid in full, even after the kid turns 18.
In the US, you cant get support from a non parent family member unless that family member already agreed to take on that role in the court. They dont force people who arent parents to take care of kids, except in the cases where a parent role has been well established for the non parent, such as a husband who raised kids that werent his, but was the acting father since birth.
@@Rhaenarys If the person who fathered or gave birth to the child is still a minor and does not work, yes - you can go after the minor's parents for support. If it is a non-parent, unless they are listed on the birth certificate, you cannot go after that person for support. Paternity must first be established before support can be ordered. Even if that person raised the child the majority of their life, legally they are not responsible. Please brush up on the laws here in the US...
1st Story: You should always get an attorney! Judges don't care about common sense, logic, or morality. If these people found some legal loophole they were looking to exploit, you can't rely on a judge having mercy or common sense. In some places, you don't need to be biologically related to the child to be forced to pay child support. If a woman has a relationship with a man, she can use that as evidence that he is a assuming a fatherly role to her child regardless of paternity. So OOP is extremely lucky she's a woman and not a man because if she was a man this would have likely gone to court.
some child support info: 1- when you are on government support they will go after the non custodial parent even if he is in jail, and while they generally don't expect him to pay while in jail...the debt will accrue and they will garnish tax returns and paychecks. 2- child support will NEVER be calculated against a spouse of the paying party. IE, they cannot go after the new wife in this situation for child support money 3- back child support is limited. some states will only issue child support back to the date you FILED to get it, some will go back a couple years. they wouldn't order this guy to pay retroactive child support for 15 years, particularly since there was already an "order for support" for the insurance. 4- for whatever reason, changes of income are supposed to be reported by the paying party (which like NEVER happens) or the receiving party needs to file periodic audits, which of course if they don't know there was an income change they wouldn't know to do. so the dad in this story could have been making good money for a long time but unless he reported it, or she asked to audit him.... the changes basically don't apply. it's only after she files for change of support that the clock starts running generally.
Now I'm super curious. Google couldn't tell me of a French mushroom sausage. Kept trying to convince me your name is Toulouse, but there's no mushrooms in that! I hope you like your name, or at least have a fun nickname.
"should other family members be obligated to pay child support?" I dunno, if your grandfather robbed a bank should you go to prison for it because they couldn't catch him? If your cousin gets into an accident, but doesn't have insurance, should you be held liable for the difference he can't cover? Come on now.
@Missmiserie unfortunately they won't for a while. We had one of our cats scheduled to be put down today and our oldest one ended up in the ER and now is being put down today as well.. it's an extremely shitty day in our house... Thank you for the well wishes though ❤️
She already knew the person she was suing for CS was not the father, so she just opened herself to a criminal harassment charge and a counter suit for money and prizes. Also OP can sue the old company for not keeping her old file confidential.
You can bet it is not her on the hunt for money but the OAG. They get involved because they are on point for collecting Title IV D at .666 cents for every dollar extracted from their target (men).
I have to believe that her taking the employee file & making a copy to take home with her is illegal & OP could probably sue the company for not having better security for their personnel files.

Public defenders are for criminal cases only. Her only recourse would be to hire an atty, get it dismissed + file for the plaintiff, Slippery Sally, to pay her atty’s fees (since it was such a frivolous case). It should be granted. If it even went that far. In order to file a counterclaim OP would hv to show damages (on top of mkg Slippery pay her attys fees) and she’d hv to go thru the process and hope she won (the money part). Not worth it.
You guys should have read relevant comments on the last story cause it gets even wilder. For anyone curious, I'll spill the tea. So, the guy's wife was doing drugs and ripping people off before he went to jail. His boss is also an ex-druggie, and he actually cosigned with the guy for the home loan. So, it is his boss that could end up royally screwed, so crazy.
That lady isnt bright at all. She knows the dads name, knows where hes locked up at, but going through family members in fake lawsuits, why, exactly? It is REALLY easy to get a case going for the dad without worrying about him bailing. And i think the test is required in these cases, or he is just forced to pay.
this is how I know the algorithm is paying attention to the books I'm reading on my kindle because tell me otherwise why a terrible parents episode of ok pops up the moment I start reading The Family Experiment even though the video is 11 months old 🤣
My stepdad found out he had a child from past relationship through child support papers. His son was 15 when my stepdad found out, the mom did it so she could keep on government help. Since my mom was married to him the tax checks would go to the new son's mom then back to us every other year plus he had to pay child support on top of that.
If the lawyer send you a letter call their law firm and get them in trouble. Their companies don’t like them using their resources without getting a cut. A friend just had a lawyer fired over it lol
Statutory doesn't count. If she was a boy she'd still have to pay child support. See the case of the teacher getting knocked up by her 12 yr old student case.
1) OP should call the district attorney that the birth certificate was filed for perjury.... 2) Make a complaint against that lawyer for participating in a fraud by a delusional client... 3) definitely get an Order of Protection because the mother is not quite right in the head.

She needs to go to court with the company for allowing crazy person removing her personal details. And crazy person must have been thinking about this for awhile in order to already have the info on hand before she got fired
Actually there is no ban on naming your kid Messiah in the US. I know because I work at a daycare where there's a boy named Messiah. Yes, it's his legal name. I think it's not banned because it's viewed as a concept name due to it's definition rather than seen as declaring your baby is God. Like Destiny, Charity, Love, Faith, Hope, Chance, etc. Anyway tons of people name their boys Jesus. The main thing is the government doesn't care about positively associated names, only obviously negative ones that will most definitely get the child picked on or worse. If you try to name your kid Satan or Adolf Hitler (or some other well known serial killer) then you are seen as emotionally abusing the newborn child.
What's the problem?? She goes to court and proves they are not the mother!! My ex mother in law lived her life on welfare and had another kid. She collected welfare for the kid too but gave welfare a false name as to who the father really was. They found a guy with that name and drug this dude to court. It was obvious he was not the father as he was black and the baby could have been Casper the ghost's baby, he was so very pale. They let the guy go. But I felt so bad for him.
The woman should absolutely be held accountable for perjury and filing a false legal document. Also, you shouldn’t be able to sue a parent’s family for child support. That’s ridiculous. They weren’t involved with the making of the child, how could they possibly be held accountable in any way?
there was a case a few years back where a man anonymously donated sperm at a sperm bank, years later the guy gets a letter in the mail that he was being sued for child support from the woman who accepted the sperm. they spent years in court and eventually he had to give up due to lack of funds. the court system is nuts.
Story 1: I mail out paperwork for a process serving company. I have mailed out child support packets from Attorney Generals to inmates. What happens after that I have no idea, but inmates can be contacted regarding child support.
I read a Reddit story about a historian whose last name was Brown, whose wife was dead set on naming their daughter Eva... Despite his career and the connection his colleagues would make faster than I did, she was mad he continued to refuse.
I came to say I have a nephew named King, I know a Messiah and a Queen, and doesn’t some celebrity have a Majesty? Where did y’all get the list of “illegal” names?? It’s definitely a lie.
My first words would have been "see you in court", "I'll get a legal team when you pay for it", or "get a court order first". I'd rather waste some money and humiliate both the mother and solicitor in court then demand costs.
as a step mom.. MY finances were never allowed to be brought into consideration for my husband's support obligations.. HIS obligations were soley based on HIS income, because his kids were not MY legal responsibility, just like, in the first case, she would not have been legally responsible for paying support for her cousin's child
Me and my boyfriend had someone trying to steal our house up from under us stating that they owned the house. Stating the house was willed to them by the man she was taking care of but the twist was is his grandmother had a mans name and the good thing is we had all the right paperwork that case was quickly dismissed by their own lawyer
I cannot get over how the dad who skipped out on his three kids and his new wife had the absolutely audacity to tell OP she wouldn’t understand what it’s like to raise a child without support. Excuse me???? WTF do you mean the woman you abandoned with your three kids wouldn’t understand

The parents should be arrested for letting those little kids vape !
I would have shown up at the lawyers office and dropped my draws. LOL
I love your tangents! Happy almost 4 years John!
some child support info:
1- when you are on government support they will go after the non custodial parent even if he is in jail, and while they generally don't expect him to pay while in jail...the debt will accrue and they will garnish tax returns and paychecks.
2- child support will NEVER be calculated against a spouse of the paying party. IE, they cannot go after the new wife in this situation for child support money
3- back child support is limited. some states will only issue child support back to the date you FILED to get it, some will go back a couple years. they wouldn't order this guy to pay retroactive child support for 15 years, particularly since there was already an "order for support" for the insurance.
Apparently I'm named after a French mushroom sause 🤦♀️ and its spelled wrong on my BC 🤷♀️… Drugs are bad folks.
are u french or.,☠️🙏 that’s crazy man
Now I'm super curious. Google couldn't tell me of a French mushroom sausage. Kept trying to convince me your name is Toulouse, but there's no mushrooms in that! I hope you like your name, or at least have a fun nickname.
@@alderblanco2362 I thought they ment sauce 🤔
@@carbonn5998 omg you're right I totally misread that.
A new spouse's income cannot be used to determine Child Support.
In Ohio it does.
Even if she somehow got sued for not paying child support, couldn’t she just sue her for assaulting her😂😂😂 This is stupidly unintelligent.
A DNA test has to be either voluntary or court ordered, not attorney ordered
"should other family members be obligated to pay child support?" I dunno, if your grandfather robbed a bank should you go to prison for it because they couldn't catch him? If your cousin gets into an accident, but doesn't have insurance, should you be held liable for the difference he can't cover? Come on now.
Good timing on posting, guys. I needed a big distraction..
Hope things get better
@Missmiserie unfortunately they won't for a while. We had one of our cats scheduled to be put down today and our oldest one ended up in the ER and now is being put down today as well.. it's an extremely shitty day in our house...
Thank you for the well wishes though ❤️
I'm sorry for your loss 😞 losing a loved one is hard regardless of how many legs they have
@@Missmiserie thank you
Teacher here! Had a King in my class so they must not be strict on the banned names X'D
36:11 this part here on.
36:27 7 habits book.
36:49 Riley against dale Carnegie.
37:31 this bit.
Oh and Riley forgot to tell us the storytime the thing he has against Dale Carnegie.
Thank you!
"practice family ' Is low key kinda triggering because my father is on his second family.
46:53 right when you hugged him after making him cry 😂
I’m late saying this but I LOVE Riley’s input!
I wanted the lady and her lawyer to get in trouble for such nonsense.
this is how I know the algorithm is paying attention to the books I'm reading on my kindle because tell me otherwise why a terrible parents episode of ok pops up the moment I start reading The Family Experiment even though the video is 11 months old 🤣
frivolous lawsuit... place a complaint with the bar to have the attorney disbarred and counter-sue.
So she knew the OP wasnt really the father and its blatant lie and should suffer legally for it
My stepdad found out he had a child from past relationship through child support papers. His son was 15 when my stepdad found out, the mom did it so she could keep on government help. Since my mom was married to him the tax checks would go to the new son's mom then back to us every other year plus he had to pay child support on top of that.
She can file an injured spouse form to protect her part of the return based on her percent of income earned.
@@mandlerparr1Was about to say the same.
If the lawyer send you a letter call their law firm and get them in trouble. Their companies don’t like them using their resources without getting a cut. A friend just had a lawyer fired over it lol
Oh wow!!
I hope you guys can share updates from that final story if you guys ever get them
Statutory doesn't count. If she was a boy she'd still have to pay child support. See the case of the teacher getting knocked up by her 12 yr old student case.
Go to court. Refuse his request. Demand a jury trial.
Hello OKOP! My day just got better 😊
Geezus chryst! I swear that whole child support story sounds EXACTLY like my best friend's story! 😮
No way!
1) OP should call the district attorney that the birth certificate was filed for perjury.... 2) Make a complaint against that lawyer for participating in a fraud by a delusional client... 3) definitely get an Order of Protection because the mother is not quite right in the head.
I went through my in laws for help with medical. Nebulizer and solution, hoses. O2 tank refills. And that was for years until Affordable Care Act. It covered everything.
I didn’t know you guys lived in the same house lol The old purple background made me feel like Riley was zooming in from a different state and you guys had a studio somewhere.
She can't get a public defender, but she can counter sue to have the other party pay for legal fees, and attorney costs.
When I was in high school there was an article about a family that c p s threatened to take their baby away if they didn't change the baby's name because it was considered putting the child in harm's way.
She should have threaten to sued for custody of the child with child support.
hell yeah, let them take it to court and counter sue for your own legal fees, wages lost for the day you had to show up, and harassment. also suggest to the judge that the 'mother' needs to be arrested for lying on legal documents.
What OP should've done is find another big/famous story & say, "How'd you like to win a case in record time & be able to have a fantastic story for your book?" If they ask what book, just say, "trust me....this will sell. Just add in any other weird cases & it'll hit the NYT best seller list." Wah-la...free great lawyer & the next time you may need them, they''ll love you!
Big baller move: Go for full custody 🤣
She could ask for court costs and legal fees at the end. She could also appear for a court date alone, represent herself (pro se), and say her piece.
If she has to get a attorney then she needs to counter sue
Child support is a civil court issue and no free defense attorneys would be available
She needs to go to court with the company for allowing crazy person removing her personal details. And crazy person must have been thinking about this for awhile in order to already have the info on hand before she got fired
Loved the guacamole socks
A case could be made for defamation, she chose someone at random to sue and attempt to destroy the life of.
Just bring a cop to arrest them for deliberate scamming.
If they where a licensed lawyer cost them that.
One of my staff is named Princess. She's amazing! 🥰
I worked with a Cinderella ❤
The woman should absolutely be held accountable for perjury and filing a false legal document. Also, you shouldn’t be able to sue a parent’s family for child support. That’s ridiculous. They weren’t involved with the making of the child, how could they possibly be held accountable in any way?
there was a case a few years back where a man anonymously donated sperm at a sperm bank, years later the guy gets a letter in the mail that he was being sued for child support from the woman who accepted the sperm. they spent years in court and eventually he had to give up due to lack of funds. the court system is nuts.
I personally know a Princess, an Isis, Yer-Hyness, a Master and a De-Nile. No name is off limits as far as I can tell but no numbers.
Let's ee...
1 emotional damage
2 false accusation/ slandering
3 harassment
4 fraud (depending on what the lawyers are asking)
why is this a question? sue her for libel (written court docs she submitted) and make sure you follow through.
Story 1: I mail out paperwork for a process serving company. I have mailed out child support packets from Attorney Generals to inmates.
What happens after that I have no idea, but inmates can be contacted regarding child support.
No the only person responsible for a child’s support is the parents, no one else.
I read a Reddit story about a historian whose last name was Brown, whose wife was dead set on naming their daughter Eva... Despite his career and the connection his colleagues would make faster than I did, she was mad he continued to refuse.
My sons name is literally King. I call him my little kingsy poo's. lmao
Poor kiddo.
Counter sue for harassment, any legal costs associated with this, and emotional damage.
I cannot get over how the dad who skipped out on his three kids and his new wife had the absolutely audacity to tell OP she wouldn’t understand what it’s like to raise a child without support. Excuse me???? WTF do you mean the woman you abandoned with your three kids wouldn’t understand
That list isn't true. I'm a NICU nurse and have taken care of multiple babies named King and Majesty 😂
You tell the lawyer to f-off and tell them i will sue them if they continue with this.
You guys did not need to drag this out for over a whole entire hour ! I mean you guys really talked this thing to death on every detail ! This was the first time I clicked on you guys too🫤
She can get a lawyer and sue the woman for legal fees.
The 2nd story is *EXHAUSTING*
No, get a high priced attorney to sue the pants off both her & her lawyer.
Nooooooo those little babies.... that video is horrifying
I would also let it go to court and let the judge laugh them out of court!
