He’s my favorite actor on Pose. He speaks with his heart, and he’s giving a lot of people that are hiding from themselves and they’re not living in their truth some great advice. My heart goes out to Billy, and anyone else who may be living with HIV or any other autoimmune disease.
His message is one of unconditional love, bravery and respect...

When he said his therapist said "A trauma response is not being able to feel joy." Dropped like a ton of bricks.
I felt this in my soul, joy peace and happiness is hard to feel and grab.

Hallelujah, thank you for sharing your journey and telling not just your truth but the truth! I was just talking to my 84 year old father the other day about how the church & especially the black church has to do better for our LBTGQ brothers and sisters. He actually agreed with me. It totally shocked me and gave me some hope. Continue being the vessel.

Everybody has a story to tell. We have.to take care our temple. We inly get one on this side. He still has purpose on earth. My dad was HIV postive & passed away 2009. I believe his carrier is still at.large. Tamron is beautiful💜💙

Apparently, that's what I've caught a few TV hosts saying about Covid-19 victims and it is meant to convey grief lessening into just the good parts.
@@plym1969 because the same day after his funeral she was already seeing another man & then moved to another state. My siblings & I couldnt have her prosecuted due coroner's office put different cause of death on his death certificate. 😖 It's all in God's hand.
Sorry for your lost but was your dad getting treatment? The reason I ask is because treatment is so effective nowdays HIV does not kill anyone anymore at all unless you are off treatment.. if he was getting treatment why do you think he died from his HIV disease? I wish everyone could understand HIV is not a death sentence at all.. it’s actually more manageable than high blood pressure, diabetes, and a list of other conditions.. I have Friends who were diagnosed with aids because they were not on treatment due to them not knowing they were positive once they receive their diagnosis they instantly started treatment now they have made a full recovery and their immune system is back to normal with no side effects from the medicine or HIV.

Thank you Billy Thank you Tamron!!! My trauma is of a different sort but traumatized just the same. To hear someone mentioning compartmentalizing and carrying on which is my formula for life. And knowing and highlighting the difference between happy and joy!!!!! This was amazing!!!!!! And to big brother Billy your words are not just for the LGBTQ family believe me!!! There are so many of us out here in the "normal" ( for lack of a better word) world who walk around with similar feelings and sensation driven by a plethora of root causes its not even funny. Keep speaking you have so many more to reach LGBTQ and non LGBTQ
