Amazing video @Joshua ! But I have one humble question: when you explained performance management, you mentioned that all 03 team responsibilities are responsible for leveraging this item. You said PO “knows which team members delivers more value”. This cannot be misunderstood? I mean, if she/he knows who is good and bad inside developers, he/she might interfere to exclude(to fire) or promote(to hire) someone, which may cause some sort of “PO management” over the rest of the team. Please, could you share your thoughts on this? Perhaps I might understood it wrong. In my humble opinion, I would remove PO from this item. I agreed with all the rest. I am a huge fan of you! Thanks!
Good question. That would be possible, as I mentioned later on this video, Scrum approach 360 degree review. So the appraisal does not only come from Product Owner. 😉

Regarding the team composition - If a Scrum team member is asked to work on a project outside the Scrum Team and they are pulled out of the team, who should be consulted prior to making this decision? From my understanding this should be done by consulting the product owner and the development team to understand the impact it will have on the scrum team. But would like to know your thoughts on this. What is the scrum masters role in this decision making process? Thanks in advance :)
Thanks for the question. The Product Owner should be the one consulted with as pulling team members may impact the product goals and the value metrics. The Scrum Master facilitate that conversation between whoever is pulling team member and the Product Owner.
