Now I really feel to speak up about some serious issues: 1. In PCMC we rarely see anyone riding any kind of two wheeler with helmet. I have observed more than 10 accidents covered in blood due to head injury within a year but still no cops are making it strict mandate to wear helmets. 2. Traffic Police Checking: As mentioned above no police stops anyone without helmet or even bothers to check their license but in Pune they do stop people with helmet to check their license and insurance paper. 3. My car was hit by a lady driver in heavy rain and the crowd that came to observe the matter was asking to let go the lady driver but I have seen similar case when a guy had mistakenly touched the ORVM in heavy traffic the crowd came in support of lady driver and accusing the male driver. If it's gender equality be equal and don't support for any specific gender support the one who is facing issue and accuse the culprit. 4. People don't know the use of High Beam, they switch it on on well lit roads and never turn it down and makes it difficult for the one who is driving in opposite lane. 5. These people who drives in wrong lane are Hazzard in every part of country and I have observed not only general public but also the Police officers and designated ministers also riding on the wrong side.
Ironically Bharat Vasis are considered as one of the most disciplined drivers in the Gulf Countries, whoever managed to get their license after months of trials and after spending astronomical fees! Tighten the laws and people will start abiding JHAKH MARKE!

Same happend to me .. i nearly lost my eye due to assault by those rowdies. I was hit in my left eye with his vehicle key. 7 years have passed. Still i am facing vision issues. My eyeballs floor was damaged out. After a complicated surgery' the eyeball floor has been replaced with a steel mesh. I have to live with it for my entire life. Vision issues and pain in my left eye.. plus i cant sleep to my left side. Better not to educate these squids. Police fines are best. Recently a scooty owner has been fined 3lakhs plus in vangalore for traffic violations. These bastards deserve police treatment rather than polite requests
