HELPFUL NOTE:
Once you feel the stain has lifted, DO NOT continue to hold down spray trigger. Let vacuum suck all excess water from the item you are cleaning to help dry faster.
You can also spray inches away from stained area and let solution sit for 5-10 mins to soak in before sucking dirt.

Worked great on the first use. Next day the sprayer would not work. Looking on Amazon reviews...I wasn't the only one with this issue. Returned it.
That’s great you were able to get it out in one go. For tougher stains you can go over it multiple times and use more solution and scrubbing with the brush (machine off) to agitate and loosen it.
I used to own the old, rectangle shaped one a long time ago...just got this new, oval shaped one and wanted a quick and to-the-point video on how to use it. BONUS: I have the same kind of couch, same color too! I had watched videos before on how to clean microfiber couches and none of the videos used a cleaner like this video did. I was impressed with how easy it was to use it and am looking forward to cleaning all my couches, rugs, and even the seats of my car. Thanks for posting this OP.

How to clean nozzle on little green clean machine
Does water come out when you place the clean water tank back in the little green? My cap has a little hole where water comes out when I flip it. Not sure if it is supposed to be that way or not.
Hi there! I hope I’m understanding your message correctly. The only hole the clean water tank should have is through the black cap. The water dispenses inside the machine to spray through the hand spray trigger :) There should be no other holes. If so, Bissell is great about replacing parts if needed.
The same thing happened to me. I thought it was defective. After closer inspection, I noticed a little hole on the black cap that is connected to the long clear plastic hose. That is where the water was leaking from when I would slowly tried inverting it. Solution....invert in quickly and you will have minimum to no leak at all.

Is the water tank supposed to leak a tiny bit of water when you turn it over? Like theres a tiny bit of water that comes out and then it stops. Is that normal?
Help! How do you clean the nozzle on this thing? I can't get at the guck on the sides inside, and the clear plastic isn't coming off...
Hi there! I use a straw brush to clean as best as I can. If the hose is clogged, I would try using a little snake drain maybe? Also, I fill up a small bowl with hot water and a tad of dish soap and suck it up with the nozzle once I clean the clear plastic part in the hose. It sounds scary at first when it sucks the water up but it goes straight in the tank. Really hope that helps! Good luck! ☺️
May I ask What that stain was ? and how old was the stain ?. ...
My husband spilt his michelada one night and tried to clean it himself 🤦🏻♀️😅 I’d say about a week later I discovered it because I don’t sit on this couch that often. I tried spot cleaning it myself, it dried worse like shown in the video. Took me a few more days to use Bissell and it did the job 😉👍🏼 thanks for watching!
Wanted to see assembly because its supposed to come with a screw but i didnt get one and dont know what its for
Hi there, great point! I’ll keep that in mind for future videos to show even the little details of assembly. The screw is for the hose holder. Hope that helps!

That’s what I’m looking for. The black cap at the bottom won’t come off, just the insert
