When you are reviewing a restaurant pay for the meal. In that sense sid and shanky are by far amazing they pay for everything...you guys do deserve a gold medal and a lot of brownie points for this.
Just a suggestion.........Since Sid stated that y'all pay for all dishes consumed on your show, a grand total (rounded off) at the end of each episode would be appreciated to give the value for money idea to the viewer. Props to how the show is handled. Happy Eating !

Since then for last 4-5 years .I generally don't say shit to anyone...I just wouldn't go back to the restaurant again. Tough luck for me I guess
And finally the Forkers hit it out of the park with THIS episode in particular! Everything was spot on, right from the start , to the introduction of the place to the expectations and /if one had reservations from a prior visit. The camera panned the dining room showing it’s nuances just right along with the exterior shots , just enough to tempt diners in. Really avant-garde with those graphics on the quirky deco that fit into place. The introduction of the place from the owners perspective was very much a nice idea rather than the reviewers place their interpretation to the food plates that were presented with the right amount of 411 and the reviewers take on it, paired with the take on the alcoholic menu that the place offers. And the editing this time around really for the bill as a world class food vlog! Pardon my previous scathing remarks, but seeing such content coming from the FORKERS really made my day. Keep em coming, it seems that finally equilibrium has found its point connecting your stomachs , your heart and souls and kudos to the production team for finally getting an A++

Schlag is found in Austria and Germany. The process is more or less the same as used in making whipped cream, the only difference being the Europeans use cream with atleast 35-40% fat. Its very closely associated with the Kaffehaus(es) and is generally a hint vanilla is imperative. Schlag, just like whipped cream has its stages of stiffness. Softly beaten schlag is used as garnishes of desserts ( the most iconic being on the order of Apvelstrudel by the Nazi officer in the movie Inglorious Bastards). Stiffly beaten schlag is used for decorating cakes. There is an inbetween stage too, which is used in filling a torte. Schlag is a very important ingredient in the daily life of a Viennese; a dab goes on top of coffee or tea, or alongside the afternoon snack, or, unsweetened, as a garnish for soup.
I loved Black Market when I ate there March 20, just before the lockdown. They had this pulled pork dish with amaranth. Was out of the world, and so was the liver pate. Too yummy. Have heard they've changed the menu and the pulled pork dish isn't there anymore😔. But I'm sure everything else is just delish.
AT 15.40 minutes in the video, the time-freezes for Sid and Shanky is running circles around Sid at that very moment. This was a very different type of Menu I have come across in Menu. As the name suggests, this what you get you go to Black Market both Literally and Metaphorically.

Had been to this restaurant in Jan this year...had ordered Roast pork, Bao and Prawns with a couple of cocktails...its a lovely place with a casual vibe but with a upscale sheez...good episode..aajkal post credits scene ko chaap rahe ho which has to become a signature ( maybe a couple of bts goofs wont hurt) zara sa subdued lag rahe the but goes with the territory and the ambience i guess...food looked ravishing ...boys played punches off the back foot today but avoided getting caught by the mid on playaaa...keep rocking machaas!!

Thanks for the support and lovely comment. May I suggest watching the opening of the first season when Sid says: "What you see is what it is, different shit , different day, different mood." This goes for the hosts and the viewers as well. Different strokes for different folks. Our viewer base if as varied and complex like a subcontinental feast. There is a little bit for everyone, made our way. The hosts are also a moody opinionate bunch so we get different bits of their personalities through the season.
Well, do you think there is any space left on the table ? Jokes apart, we try to be as genuine with the review as possible. Putting food separate for some shots just takes the spontaneity away. Our camera team tries to do their best to take as beautiful shots of the food while it is on the table without disturbing the flow of the review. But going forward we will try new things to make it a better visual experience for our forking family :)
