[Sound]Class 700//Siemens Desiro City//IGBT-(AC section)//Thameslink

Sound again from UK.
The latest commuter or regional train set since last year, Class 700 has a simple sound on the 25kV AC section - CONSIDERING SIEMENS.
But, on the 750V DC thirdrail section, it make a similar sound as former Desiro train.
I recorded just over the bogie.
Sorry that I only have the sound on the AC section because I boarded from St. Pancras to northbound.

Idek how you were able to hear these, these trains are practically silent loool
Edit (year later) you can hear them pretty well, just sit in the right carriage . But...their still quiet for a train though

At my station the doors closing makes a weird transformer whirr while their closing. Anybody know what it is

I hear it too. Like a "reeeeeeee" sound, but very discrete, it's the same noise that occurs when it takes off too.or just before
