Thank you so much for making this video. I was worried about what I needed to do with the protective covering plastic and I'm so glad u explained it. Even the final black tape to lock it in place and the diagonal slit. I really appreciate it. Thank you!
That reverse cut at 3:35 was brilliant, thank you! I used to cut it from the top which resulted in a bulge, but cutting it from the bottom is much cleaner. Thanks!
For the 1% of you who are osu! players. You can re-use the same grip twice by just unravelling and wrapping it starting from the opposite end since you're only ever using one side. My grip got dirty after about 3 months and the adhesive was more than good enough to re-use. Just try not to wrap your pen too thick. Good luck setting scores.
Thank you very much for the video. I use grip tape on my cane handle to help with arthritis pain. Although the shape is way different, simple instructions in the video are immensely helpful
I'm a newbie to badminton and I need some help with the steps needed to apply not only cushion wrap in conjunction with a towel grip. I have the transparent wrap as the first layer in the post. Would appreciate it very much if you could post a video showing the whole process. Thx
it actually doesn't matter which end of the grip you gonna start first, the only thing that matters is that if you're right handed, then you have you wrap your grip from left to right but if you're left handed then do it the opposite way
One ques that THESE PU GRIPS ARE SHOULD BE APPLIED ON THE ALREADY AVAILABLE GRIP OR WE HAVE TO REMOVE IT / WHICH UD THE BEST WAY TO REMOVE THE ALREADY AVAILABLE GRIP OR NOT
Sandeep Singh it depends on how thick u want your grip, I never keep the factory grips because I can’t feel the square bits of the grip which can affect my controlling
It depends on your personal preference. If you like a more tacky and more cushion grip, then go for the replacement grip. If you like thin grip with little bit of tacky feel and a bit of cushion then go for the Overgrip. I use Overgrip because my hand is small
Can you give advice on what grip is best for a newbie at badminton. Just bought a new racquet and playing yesterday the racquet kept hitting the lower left of the palm and causing a blister.
yup thats how i do it,,, but ill fatten up the base with a bit of electrical tape first..and get it down to the wood.. then your grip... done ....nice job lee

Super helpful, thanks 😘
Sir what is the name of this gripper
Cushion wrap is a pretty good choice when you wrap without the original grip.
Is this a rubber grip or silicon?
PU grip
Thanksu ❤️ bro
the grip type?
It is necessary to remove older grip
You're using the Astrox 99 so I would suggest that you don't wrap it over the top cap
why?
Which is the best grip? Please suggest me model for each of them.
1. Overgrip
2. Replacement grip
Replessment grip
It depends on your personal preference. If you like a more tacky and more cushion grip, then go for the replacement grip. If you like thin grip with little bit of tacky feel and a bit of cushion then go for the Overgrip. I use Overgrip because my hand is small
