Why net worth explodes after 1 CRORE?
Вставка
- Опубліковано 28 чер 2024
- In this video, I'm gonna show you exactly how I built my wealth and why your net worth is going to explode after you make your first crore.
It's all about the power of compounding, but even without that, the more money you have working for you, the more money you make. That's a beautiful truth!
I started with small investments, whatever I could afford each month. It took time to get to that first lakh, then the first 10 lakhs, but let me tell you, after that first crore? It felt like everything went on fast forward.
The key is getting started. Watch my video on how to go from zero to one crore, but here's a quick tip: freelancing is a great way to generate that initial capital.
It takes hustle, but you're building valuable skills and getting paid for it. Once you have a track record, package your services as a retainer so you get a steady income stream.
I'm also sharing my current investment portfolio. Right now, a big chunk is in index funds, with a mix of large cap, mid cap, and some international exposure for diversification.
This isn't financial advice, but it is a peek into what's working for me.
The most important takeaway? Make a plan and get started. Even small steps now will lead to big wins in the future.

Me too 😊
Absolutely true.....took me 7 years to reach 1 crore net worth, next crore in 2 year 7 months, next 2 crore in 2 years and next 5 crore in next 2 and half year....
So it took me 14 years+ to make a networth of 9 crore.
And now, when I have 4 strong sources of income, and 2 seasonal business I am expected to make 90 lakh post tax this FY.....
You’re a great example of the concept I’m trying to explain. Every next Crore you made was faster than the previous one :) Great work
@@remoterish Thanks....
@@AntiJihadi Hey! Thanks for sharing your story..
Can you share more details as to how you did this? How old are you now and what did you do for your first 1-2 crores?
Please share the details of your story @remoterish
@@peoplepopular I am currently 35 year old, I sucked at engineering, failed at it, somehow passed it in 5 years instead of 4....but crossed path with something I would love doing for the rest of my life.... I walked into a trading seminar by some guy who ran a fund of 230 crores and thats when I knew it, It was the thing....tried doing it myself, burnt 3 lakhs in 9 months....then I knew I needed to seek a mentor, I luckily got one.....he helped me understand the markets inside out, and then I almost burrowed 5 lakh from my parents, promising to return it....trader for a year and made a mere 14% profit on it....made a case on it and showed it to any potential client and in 3 years, I managed more than 7 crores, and on an avg 1.5 to 2 lakhs a month..... Grew that business to 30+ clients with a total AUM 19 crores, thus generating 4 to 5 lakh in commissions which I usually got in cash as I lived in a tier 2 city..... And then I used 15 lakh to start a cafe at my town and I still own it, it generates me close to 1 to 1.5 lakh a month.... Then I shifted to bangalore and with a friend of mine got a contract for fitting speed governers on public transport vehicles from govt of karnataka....actually it was his idea, and I just supplied funding of 7 lakhs and then pumped more to now owning a service center for luxury cars and bikes....never pulled out a penny from this business coz the setup for the service center ate up all money coming from the govt contfact, but now this business alone earns me 3 lakhs min a month.....and its completely run by my friend, and we have a 65/35 share on profit.
Next I started a small business for manufacturing of utensils near jigani industrial area but that business failed out during covid.....then I collabed with a friend of mine to open up a training institute for MAT, KSAT and other govt exams...again I supplied the fund he manages the facility and I made 29 lakhs fron that last FY.....
Basically I am a stock trader, coz all other businesses are funded by that, but all other busineses are independent source of generating cash for me.....
I work 9:15 to 3:30 (Mon to Fri).....evening I try to keep a track on all other businesses but its not easy, specially the cafe at my hometown where I have a manager whose father worked at my dad's workshop for 22 years, so a very honest and hardworking guy who also gets 3% of the profits along with 27k salary......
I am still looking for businesses to invest in and around bangalore....let me know if anyone has a solid business plan....
I want to come back to this channel 10 years and gotta start investing aggressively

Best comment ever 😍
This is true, but assuming inflation to be 6%, after 21 years, 10.9 Cr will be worth ~3.5Cr of today's value.
Yes but if you go by that logic then one will be dependent on constant work and job salary and be stagnant. One has to let money grow and have fixed salary/earning via work.
@@raajbedi1679yes, the point is you need to grow your money but the main focus should be on increasing your income and working on improving your skillset if you want to achieve true wealth.
3.5 cr for today value is still a lot if u have a home and a car. Just by keeping it in a fixed deposit will give 24lpa
@@nikhilhalyal1296 Correct
@@raajbedi1679 lot of my friends say. So and so amount invested for X years will turn out to be just 1cr inflation adjusted but none of us have a lakh or 2 in our account 😅. It's better to invest and see the gains rather than sit and do nothing over time

Wrt freelancing - You are giving a clear picture
I find this video very helpful for my stock market journey.
Hi Rishabh randomly came across your Video , I have been a financial investor for the past decade and happy to attest what you spoke here is absolutely true. The game changes one's we reach the first crore. I needed help on starting my freelance journey. I have had an extensive retail career with well known brands for over a decade but took a sabbatical due to certain personal circumstances. Around this time , I started creating some content on Instagram and writing on my blog while I was on this break , am simultaneously working on building these up but was interested to know more about freelancing where I can earn a more stable income. Thanks
It's great to hear from an investor with a decade of experience. Growthgrad.in is currently accepting new freelancers to join our community if you want to grow and learn with me and other mentors.
Thanks! What's your diversification across asset class? Whats % kept in cash to deploy on the correction opportunities?
Hi Pavan good question for this video I’ve only shared my equity portfolio. It’s most of my portfolio but not all of my portfolio.
I do keep a good amount of cash for emergency fund, my business emergency fund, and opportunities

What age did you reach your 1st crore?

Saara FD mat karo... Keep 60-70% in FD... Baaki liquid fund mein daalo and STP into equity over 10 years (you'll catch one bear cycle) and when you're in a bear cycle increase the STP. If you want a little more zing to you can try PMS/smallcase.

Hi Rishabh. First of all, thank you for this video. At the time of this video. I beleive your Portfolio Value is ~3Cr and as per the slide at 7.30 it should be 10CR in 10 years. But at the slide at 10.19, you mentioned that your portfolio value will be 19Cr in 10 years. Can you please explain the difference of how would you achieve an extra of 9Cr or am I understanding anything wrong?
Hi Chintan, one calculation is without the SIP and one is with the SIP. I believe those are the 2 you’re referring to
I’ll also share the full excel calculator everyone can use in one of the coming videos
@remoterish that will be great, thank you so much.
Brother pls tell me what is your current age, and at what age you started investing ?
I have another video on my channel that covers my journey from 0 to 2.5 Crore please watch it here ua-cam.com/video/O75CuoKiNw8/v-deo.htmlsi=9RUMyem-2klHjgb-
Hey which platform was that to show portfolio distribution???
It’s Zerodha Console
Does the first Cr include entire portfolio including debt+equity or just equity
Net worth = total assets - liabilities
Sir, what will be value of 100cr at inflation after 20 yrs.. Secondly when u take out money from investment what is the actual tax u pay on 100 cr profit.. With slab and cess etc
It won’t be much. But I think it’ll be good enough for me. Tax is only paid if you take money out. One way is to take loans against funds. Other way is to not worry about a 10% long term capital gains tax
Now I'm more interested in What you do for active income ? Even after all expenses if you're able to invest 2L per month, that must be a pretty good JOB, any career advice or insights ? How can I land such jobs ?
I think it could be hard to earn this much with a job. I run my own business - a marketing services agency

I am investing in mutual funds for last 7 years i got 22% Xirr i don't know why these youtubers say mutual funds will give you at maximum 18 to 20%
Invest for 7 more years and your xirr will come down to 15-18%. They say it for the long term like 15-20 years.
I have seen 14 yr small cap fund sip give 8% xirr. I have also seen 19 year SIP in Nifty 50 index fund give 9% return. So, its the time when you exit decides the real XIRR.
You’re doing great :)
@@religionofpeace782 maybe or may not be , but since last one year when I started investing in smallcap July 2023 to be exact, also removed 'technology mutual fund after two years' because it gave me mere 10% interest that way my Xirr increased to 44.7% for last 1 year and last two year also improved to 26.6%
