most of those types of fasteners use the same principal, the centre screws out or pops out these relieves the bit inside that splays the intrenal fitting to hold it in place. Once you get to this stage the fitting feels loose and you move to the outer rim and lever the whole thing out. Car shops make nice little forked tools for this which are great, but you can generally do it with a screwdriver. If you blow out a few fasteners learning how they work, dont worry they are a dime a dozen to buy (except at dealerships)
I need to repaclace the bumper slide on my 2013 crosstrek. Any chance you can help with some info? I imagine bumper removal is similar, but I also need to replace that bumper slide so I can and re-attach the bumper as it is currently loose on one side. (12$ part plus 2 hours of labor has me quoted by the shop t 240$ so I would really like to do it myself) Thanks!
everything is easy when you know how, the demo car is very clean. Doing all this on a crusty car and getting things off without damaging them is sometimes challenging.
Thank you!
How to remove those little plastic insert at the bottom? It would have been nice to show how you removed the easy one and hard ones

What's the part serial number of the tap on 0:49?
Easy enough it seems..... I know I have the mud guards, so that might make things a little tricky...
It’s not that bad just take a number 8 and take off those 2 screws on each side
