So you don't use an amp rack? you just mount to the top of the radio? I currently have a power bass amp and hertz speakers, but willl probably be upgrading to your hertz amp and lid speakers.
Should the Hertz 6x9 be watertight? Mine sure is not. The two tweeters are leaking water down in the bags. I bought the stage4 Hertz from you for my 2017 street glide cvo. I checked that all gaskets are ok and found that the actual speakers that’s leaking. This can’t be right or??😮

Correct, this amp has no cooling from below so this mounting works perfect
