I love how these drills conected with deep breathing and mindfullness actually create a feeling of deep intense relief like Yogic Asanas. Actually I am suprised how interelated in some ways these spiritual schools are.
A training session can be built in many ways. There is no absolute requirement. I do think that you should do a minimum in order to get warmed up and make sure that you are getting into the movement completely. Once or twice is not enough.
Hi shifu, i have doubt on stretching workout... can we do the stretching after core strengthen and form training workout...what is the order should come 1st, 2nd and 3rd...please🙏
Try to segment and focus your training as much as possible. Core training does not need to be with flexibility. Try alternating days or at least training sessions between strength, flexibility, and coordination drills. It will benefit you in the long run to take things slowly.
Thank you 🙏
Vielen Dank. Deine Übungen und Erklärungen helfen mir, tiefer in die Materie einzutauchen.

Yes, there are lots of similarities between movement practice. Truly, anything that is deeply practiced can connect the body, mind, and spirit. :)
