I have been playing in 4-man squads and we are all OIF/OEF combat veterans. We have been running ops using the same tactics and it has been a blast. Once we learned the AI's mechanics and limitations with cover and concealment Tiger Bay it not so hard. You would be surprised at how useful flashbangs are when used properly on indoor environments. We have also found that popping smoke is coded to break the AI's line of sight completely allowing for flanking or repositioning easy. Also, the ammo labeled U.S. is subsonic for silent headshots that most AI don't instantly react to unless you fail to kill the NPC with one shot. Crouching fully while advancing only give the NPC's instant headshots as they are coded for center mass shots, exactly where your head is at full crouch. Use dynamic crouch instead to half crouch so the shot hits your plate still offering some protection. Bounding with covering fire aids in advancing on positions easier helping to prevent aimbot accuracy from the AI. Just a few observations that might help, enjoy.
Hey, first off, thanks for your service! Also, so one thing when using the adjustable crouch while trying to med/fire/nade sometimes causes me to animation lock. So I stopped using it until a fix is made for that. But great feedback love to here it and engage. As for smokes, I sadly don't use them solo because of weight, I wish I had 3 other studs that knew how to tactically play. I can't imagine how easy the game is with 4 people pieing every corner, having cover fire, flanking cover etc. Also will test flashbang never even tried it, again because of weight. I used them a lot in Ready or Not, not sure if you played that before, another game I love. As for the subsonic ammo, honestly have not tested it in this game yet. Thanks for the feedback !

Hopefully we get a wipe soonish and they fix the dupes, that would be nice, but also there are a lot of people who still haven't done their quests so a wipe this soon might not be ideal? I forgot to mention with the Body armor we have, you want to keep your front or back facing the bullets flying at you, sides are weak point. Sometimes I will take a hand shot also and die so there is that.
LOL, I thought I was the only one who struggles with weapon control while shooting. Thanks for being real. Im only level 7 but around level 6 decided to go out, explore and get some good gear and cash. It definitely was a struggle but I now have improved my skills. Your vehicle covers are derinitely spot on. Also keep moving really keeps the heat off. If you stand still and shoot you are asking for death.
I have convinced my Team Partners that trading out the SCOPE for a Red Dot sight(of your choosing) is the way to go. When entering a place such as in this video a scope is very useful. But when you are such a short distance from all the Mobs now comming after you the combat sight really helps out. Your weapon handles much better, your vision is much better when aiming and your accuracy is every bit as good. I simply keep both units with me in my kit. Changing out is easy since you can leave your Weapon in the #1 slot to do it.
Yea 100% want to carry a holo or red/dot for PVP imo. For pve I don't try as much as I would in pvp. great tip/mention. Can't wait for the next content update!
Great Video, That fight was well done, and in times of that when you can't afford to take the time to Sutkit yourself. I can't recommend the HPR 3-S Stims enough, would allow you to continue fighting whiel the stim heals your internal organs. Pop a pain pill a the same time to negate the after effects.
Appreciate this man I have to realize other games like cod,apex,gta etc mostly have hard cover but in this game it's specific, also i was told too about shooting in different positions and i will not shoot in the same spot more than once cause man the ai just one shots me in the head and i'm like well wtf am i doing worng lol.
And now with the update yesterday the AI also don't just chase you after killing someone with silencer. And they don't just HS you out of nowhere... hopefully hard cover also works better now to.
I feel its very random now actually, before I could just lean and avoid headshots with hard cover most of the time. Now I am getting hit more while leaning from hard cover... To me that is worse, idk gotta keep testing new changes to have a better feel on how they work now.
@@zachbitango Perhaps it's also location based if they alert everyone when you kill a AI with a one shoot HS with a silencer. Paradise was the worst area iyam. HS one AI, then someone from the other side came to chase me. They just see you even if your well hidden in the forest. And shoot from 100m away also
Awesome video and great instruction, especially about all the "soft" cover that really isn't cover at all. I have been headshot through sheet metal. I wonder if the AI can see right through bushes we're hiding in or if it counts as concealment even though it's not cover?
What I have noticed is a few factors with bushes and AI, Sound,movement, last known loctaion. I just go by the rule of bushes are not real to AI to keep it simple.
I died in the front of that truck in the front tier like the buddy in your video, he probably was aiming at the bots but I was literally taking cover and died, thats not a hard cover spot , its better to shoot the bots fast and get cover behind the walls, I did it before and it worked, didnt die once and cleaned all that HQ of UNRLA
If there are Ai already near the truck start at the small unfinished building near the backho. I joined a few games now where the Ai was at THE LZ... lol i think people trolling
Hey man if you want to get your fps up if you haven't extended your vram manually, if you move it up to 10 gigs or more it doubled my fps and put me around 120.
Was told it does, and I have been testing it over night. It does break LOS allowing you to repostion. The AI will keep firing into the smoke(like a bush), but if you don't return fire and move to new cover it works great for that. I tested flashbangs to, I suck with them, the fuse is so short. For indoor combat they worked great AI just stood there, kinda scary lol because they look like they about to fire.

It is a factor of sound/movement sight. But I just assume all bushes are glass to AI and avoid using them vs AI. Always locate hard cover when approaching a new area. I normally plan my approaches before Landing.
The AI are programmed to lay suppressive fires on last known location. That's why sometimes they will shoot into the bushes. Let's be honest. People do the same thing at times xD
@@RoadSparrow the minimum requirements is a 1080. The recommended is a 3070 ti. The super JUST came out with 16gb. I’m not sure wtf you’re talking about tbh. Game sucks. The only reason people played it was because of Tarkov. They all went to arena breakout or back to Tarkov.

If you don't have hardware that meets "recommended requirements" these days, either upgrade or don't bother getting the game. The 4070 ti super that recently came out has 16gb of vram and can run the game perfectly. Point is the game runs like shit unless you have greater than the even recommended list of hardware. I have a 3070 ti and an i7 13gen and 64gb of ddr5 and I crash all the time. All because of vram
Yea def use them in pvp, but in pve I am to lazy lol, not gonna lie. for AI its either full or nothing. You have to clear the same areas so many times, I rather just go in zombie mode to farm the keys for the tasks an not full try every time.

I have seen Ai poking through the walls but they have never fired while doing that(for me at least). I have had AI spray the building I am hiding, dumping a few mags into my cover while other AI are pushing my location. I do agree that AI should have way less of a chance to HS, like 90% chance less.

So many times they shot at you, even hit you but no one shot deaths. I'm jealous. I'm a one shot death magnet. Impressive gameplay. Kudos.

I hope they fix this game. In a bad state. Went from 60 k concurrent to 10 k. Bots are obnoxious. Game crashes unless you have 12gb or more vram

Tutorial works, when the ai doesn't glitch through hard surfaces i.e walls and shoots you in the back. A.i. still needs to be fixed.
