The cop's smile at 1:45 warms my heart so much. Like he's hardly bothered that he just got outplayed, at this point he's just having fun in the middle of a pursuit
Bilkins wasn't smiling because he got outplayed; he wasn't expecting something so well orchestrated.
You gotta remember that his whole plan hinged on them making it to the money drop so they can catch Verone in the act. He was counting on the two of them not getting caught, which is why he seemed let down when "they" were caught.
It's goes very hard along with that trumpet in the background. What a time to be alive, back when fast and furious was about street racing

Yeah that's what they would do in real life: as long as the car still runs, they won't give up. And those old cars were really though

I miss when F&F movies were great without being absurd.
Well let's be honest, as much as I love F&F, it has always been absurd hehehe
lmao they went to space in the last one
Are you sure about that? That is too many cars for that warehouse. Plus any drivers caught would definitely get charged for interfering with a police investigation. Those driving the trucks who hit the police cars would be in the worst trouble.
@@trueblue6201Okay, it is definitely absurd, but its still relatively grounded. Put a car through numerous buildings, drag a safe through a city, and going to space? lmao
We can have cool action scenes without 700 explosions, brutal hand to hand combat and buildings collapsing. They're not the CIA they're just a bunch of guys driving cars.
Too bad, Vin Diesel turned this entire series into a hotwheels fantasy. Vehicles defying basic physics & unkillable superhero-like main characters? Weak.

Easily the best scene in all of the franchise, nothing comes close to it.
What about this scene is good? All I see is just an incredibly dumb power fantasy.
@@fex144 it's amazing because that's at least $500,000 worth of visual mods alone, there's an insane amount of cars and is likely the record for most cars in a F&F scene, there's so many amazing looking cars with some likely leased by actual owners, and is in general a very well put together amd coordinated scene with how many variables they're working with here.
@Daion T. Kage Scott I know silly kids movies rarely depict anything real. And if this is just a silly kid fun, it is still very, very dumb.
Why an adult can stand this is beyond me. It is very poorly thought out ... - and SUDDENLY there are just HUNDREDS of cars? and hundreds of people? Just waiting silently in a garage? Precisely two gates open? I mean sure for a kids movie stuff like that makes sense. For anywhere else it makes it laughably ridiculous nonsense.
@@thatoneweeb-wehraboo2424 Okay from a stunt perspective sure that's impressive. but it is supposed to also make sense as a story and a movie ... right?
@@fex144 yeah and it does make sense. The police are tracking the hero cars and trying to capture them, so creating a massive car exodus is going to cause a lot of confusion and be a distraction as police on the scene rish to stop the racers and drawing their attention away from the hero cars, as was shown in the scene as dozens of police cruisers chasing the hero cars was reduced to 2 after the racer exodus and a helicopter. We also got to see that the new hero muscle cars were able to get away and escape thanks to the distraction
Good to see Sucre doing well for himself after the breakout.

I wish they continued to focus on cars and racing
This is not that far off from what takeovers/sideshows look like. Cops and helicopters trying to contain a bunch of cars. They really did it right with the first four films ❤️
Yeah too bad takeovers are just full of garbage people who don’t actually like or care about cars lol.

Epic scene
This scene is sick must’ve cost a lot for the cars
Yea or people brought their own cars
most of them were extras who brought their own car just to be featured in the movie.
Some cars like the Civics and police cruisers were brought by the Studio, while flashy, beautiful or tuned cars were people who bring over and be part of the film.
What I heard and see one of the producer video mention the Mitsubishi and Dodge were sponsored
My all time favorite F&F scene

I like this scene this is the best scene in F&F 2 and F&F 🔥🔥🔥
I love how the cops don’t shoot one bullet😂.
I mean, even if they had targets, the ones in the trucks, there's a lot behind them who aren't a true threat. so they wouldn't have fired anyway
Contrary to popular belief, cops are usually very disciplined when it comes to shooting. That is actually why shootings involving cops grab so much news time, because they are not the norm!!
