    Aye man just some quick tips
    Keep the heat on when basting so the butter foams
    Higher heat for a better sear
    Crush the garlic cloves don’t slice them

      Thank you. Personally I never use them tenderizers on my steaks, I like a nice medium rare thick steak. As for flipping a steak, a good cook only needs to flip it once and that’s good enough. Points for the basting with butter, but lost points cause that was the absolute worst basting, you don’t need that big of a spoon.
