Thank you. Personally I never use them tenderizers on my steaks, I like a nice medium rare thick steak. As for flipping a steak, a good cook only needs to flip it once and that’s good enough. Points for the basting with butter, but lost points cause that was the absolute worst basting, you don’t need that big of a spoon.
