Leadership and Management skill are two diffrent think. Don't Mix.
A Manager can't be a leader.
Just for the 25k salary of job we are giving a 3 round of interview and another a vada pav seller earn more than regional manager

Can we imagine and tell? They will not go to my previous company and if the story is true or not right?😂😂 Ultimately it depends on our technical knowledge we will get a job and reference too nowadays. A referred person is given more importance now. Not based on these stories.
