Maniac, If you want shin splints to go away, roll them out everyday. Take 15-20mins to roll them out you be good. Also do some exercises such as tippy toeing a distance then walking on your heels back. You want to be strengthen your shin muscles. You also need to slowly get back to running so run for however long you can until it hurts. Once it hurts you know your max and slowly increase it every week.

Beyond the rage, beyond the world depth, beyond the triumph, it’s the feeling of freedom to take on whatever challenge you feel ready for combined with the scale of the world makes it the greatest RPG to me… besides the Witcher 3
100%. Dark Souls 3 was my first game and while I loved it, i felt overwhelmed playing that game just cuz I never played something like it. Same feelings going into Elden Ring, but something about this game, everything clicked and now Im more invested in ER's world and story compared to the other souls games

Make sure you got the healthy snacks and food before bc it’s inevitable you’ll start to get hungry. That’s why so many people have a problem, they smoke then get too “lazy” or anxious to make food for yourself. I’ve had this problem myself trust me, get healthy food before.

Maniac if you see this, go get an x-ray on your shin. My freshman year of baseball in college I thought I had shin splints because that’s what my trainer said. 4 months of pain later I went to my own doctor for an X-ray and turns out I had a stress fracture, not shin splints

Best thing for shin splints I’ve done is freeze a pixie cup of water and then massage your inner shin with the frozen pixie cup. Really dig in there.
