• If you want more smoke flavor you can either:
o Use liquid smoke
o Leave it on the smoker longer and at a lower temperature
• You don’t need a smoker, this works fine in an oven
• You don’t need to use a vacuum sealer when curing, a freezer bag or airtight container will do fine
• You can smoke at 225F or 180F, either way, you’re looking for an internal temperature of the bacon at 152F
