"A new lamb to Shepard" I have never heard this before in the context of marriage but it is a beautiful metaphor. The Lord is my shepherd, in marriage, the man is head. As the husband listens to the good Shepherd, he Shepard's. 🙏

I have listened to Nancy for years but not the last few so when I heard on the radio the call here "Walgemuth." I thought "She got married??!!" I have heard pieces of the story. I thank them for sharing. I remember her broadcast where she talked about Christmas and holidays at her house and how the house was filled with people and I thought that's wonderful because when you think of someone "single" you think of them all alone, as some of us are.
I remember when Robert was praising Nancy in a way that he used her strengths. She helped proofread his book and he said "My wife can spot a typo on a billboard going 60 miles an hour down the highway." I had to laugh at that!!! Instead of being critical of that quality he sees it as a strength.

Thank you for sharing a very intimate part of your lives here on this channel. I am 64 today and the Lord is filling my heart with thoughts of marriage after 40 years of being single. I was married at 18 but divorced at 24 years old through infidelity on his part. I will now be in prayer constantly with the Lord for healing and trust in His choice for the next season of my life. Thank you Robert and Nancy, for being such an outstanding example for those of us who journey into the last phase of life before returning home to be with the Lord. It is my prayer that I will not make any more mistakes going forward and I pray the Lord will fill me with a man of God to complete my life's dreams out with. God bless you both! Annette.

What a fabulous and honest experience thought producing truth, that two adults can verbally discuss between every Christian watching or listening to this wonderful media edification. I could honestly relate to Mrs Wolgemuth’s experience as a women who married later in life; including home issues and specialized criteria related to a career. The issue for our relationship is related to a spouse who is gone the majority of the time in military service with high clearance and a medical career. In actuality,
it doesn’t matter what kind of a career or if you’re even capable of being able to hold down a job. What truly matters to God is that “He” (God) remains the center of a marriage and that God is the true and honorable part of the marriage that doesn’t change nor become an issue of the relationship. God must remain the constant. Without God there’s nothing to hold onto or even attempt to remain positive or have hope about life at all. God must remain the constant, continue to be your true ABBA, Father and be the one part of your day as couple that you attempt to do together at least once per day...and that is pray together.❤️🙏🛐

I very much need to discuss a few things with your wife if possible. I have lost much, gained much and above all am dealing with mid-life crises, I say crises because it is such a battle of emotions. My daughter is very obsessive compulsive and as a grandmother, my daughter struggles with this but...and that is a huge but...she has grown so much! Praise God! I need prayer concerning taking care of a mother with Alzheimer's. This is not easy and for me, due to back pain which I am asking God to show me how to find healing in His way, not the doctors, this makes causes me to back away from my mom. This sounds bad and it is, I call her each day! I am going to bring her over today because I know she is very lonely. I am overwhelmed with too much which needs to change, here inside my own home. Asking for counsel and prayer and that my prayers be not just JESUS....I need you. That's all I can ask in such pain. I know, He knows what I am asking. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.
    Truly and in love,

"It's not a right way", I am this way with my mom, my friends are this way with me, so on and so forth, there is a cycle. We each have our very own way of doing things and though these are the right way to us, doesn't mean I am wrong, or that they are wrong, we are made unique by a Holy God of absolute perfection. And I must say, as we have our own system which works for each individual, adding for myself, I truly am faulty, one thing I have learned this is where God teaches us, where we learn and grow. We will never be perfect but must press-on to perfection which can only be obtained in Jesus. Once upon a time, I was on top of it, my days were long and hard at work, after work hours, I'd come home and begin another work as a mother, all to the glory of God, sometimes I would forget that and get caught-up in being overwhelmed, forgetting the blessings of the duties and necessities which God gave me as a parent. My point is we have seasons, good and bad, or a mix is more of how I'd refer to the seasons of life. Offbeat; you are an editor, please forgive my grammatical errors.
    In Jesus, to family....you!

Please forgive me, this is in no way a correction nor a rebuke, but let me say, as I see and feel it, we are not ordinary, why?... because we are children of God, chosen to press on to perfection, the standard of which His word teaches us, to be a ministry to the lost, our family and to the ultimate sacrifice for such a sinner as I, to Glorify our unsearchable God. We will forever learn of Him and still never know everything which makes Him God, we don't need to, He has, is and forever will reveal all He wants us to know, in the now and our eternal life. This world sees us as very strange and abnormal. I welcome that very much because my eyes are fixed on Jesus. Stamp eternity on my eyeballs, in all our daily struggles, through the heartache of loss, financial struggles, raising our children and helping as grandparents. and on and on again, less we reach for the hand of Jesus, with complete faith, this is not as easy as it says but nonetheless, we must stay center focused on Jesus! We have a world of distractions at every turn, I need to filter out all those things that satan uses to keep us off balance. He wants to steal any glory due God, from God's children. He already has His and I believe the adversary spends more time seeking to distract us than He does on those who don't know the Lord God. Thank you again for your inspiration! All my love, Alycejayne.
