I'm loving these small caravans because a small SUV can tow them. I retire in five years and with motorhomes being so expensive these are perfect. Look out for 2022 the Action 4, which is ready to compete with the Swift Basecamp 4. Personally, I prefer the Action but that's up to individual choice.
Truma gas and 'mains' hot water? What does that mean? Otherwise , good overview. It's a good job there's videos like these on here because the Adria website is truly dreadful!!

The heating and water heating system is made by Truma and it works off mains and gas.
