As you know, the biggest difference between the Mystic-12F and the Mystic-12 is that the 12F has two bunk beds for kids. Pricing is Mystic 12 35k/39k/45k You decide if its good value but aircon and 12v100A/Solar with dual gas/electric hotwater is nice... Lots and lots of Turkey/Chinese vans coming our way downunder so competition is fierce so negotiate hard!

Been waiting for these different small brands. I agree with you; for what you get $30k is pretty good. Wonder what the warranty is like
