Psych is my favorite show of all time.
Psych is my favorite guilty pleasure show. Just finished it for the second time
mine too. tho ive seen every episode at least 5 times. except the last season because i hate rewatching it come to an end. its without a doubt my favorite show and its really hard to find people who have seen it.

Psych actually had more in common with Chuck than it does with The mentalist cause both those show are kind of a comedy/ mystery hybrid but Chuck has ongoing storylines while psych doesn’t.
I wonder who’s the better detective. Shawn Spencer or Patrick Jane. Imagine a crossover between these two characters. Would be amazing.

Best series ever. Someone who thinks The Mentalist is just a procedural fails to understand most of the show. It's got more romance for one than most other shows of any genre. Psych is for those days when you want to shut off your brain and be entertained. You can't watch TM without paying attention to even the background, and watch it again, if you want to know the whole story.
I've watched every episode of both series at least 10 times each.
I love psych it’s hilarious and when they take digs at the mentalist I crack up 😂

I like the Mentalist too and think it's a good show, but, IMO, Psych is more creative (especially with the "homage" episodes). I think it's being thought of as the "lesser" show because it's a comedy and not a serious show.
Yeah the only really why the mentalist is even being compared is the red John story line
There is no comparison between the two works.The Mentalist is by far one of the best television works. While Psych is hardly a funny series without any story , but it's fun to watch .

I like The Mentalist but I love Psych
I am pretty biased towards Psych, bcs his German VA Robin Kahnmeyer also synchronizes Sherlock Holmes in Elementary 😊 (Also he voices Yamato in Digimon Season 1 & Joey Wheeler)
