So sorry to hear about Cera! I don’t know much about chameleons but I know they often crash and die without much warning, I’m sure you didn’t do anything wrong and cared for her the best you could. As a side note, I love the names you give your animals! Very creative and I enjoy when I know where the names came from. My favorite names are definitely Cersei and Mazikeen.

I had to stop and comment that seeing your Custom Cages was amazing. I’m slowly receiving mine as they’re apparently VERY popular so it’s taking a while. But now I have a good idea as to what mine will look like. I’ve got two 4x2x2’s with hoods and I’m using a stacker as the base because my snake room isn’t tall enough for their 30 inch stand. Can’t wait to see my BP’s in them!!🐍❤️🐍
Yes, they take a bit to come in, but they're well worth the wait 🥰 your ball pythons are going to love them!

Thank you! 🥰 Lots of reminders and calendar alerts in my phone mostly haha. I also have a white board in the room where I keep track of when all the snakes eat. Even with all that, I'll still forget to order feeders on time and have to run down to the pet store to get emergency bugs 😅

I hope you don’t mind a question…I just received my two 4x2x2 enclosures by Custom Reptile Cages. Since they’re what you’re using, I’d like to get your help as far as the heating. Are you using ceramic heat emitters or the heat panels? I have two of their hoods so using the lamp style with heat emitter bulbs isn’t a problem. But I’ve seen some people say that those heat panels you mount to the ceiling are better. Then others say the bulbs are. Ugh! Can you tell me what heating and lighting you’re using? And I will be using UVB even though they theoretically don’t need it, it won’t hurt. Thank you so much and I’m sorry this is so long!!❤️

Aww.. I'm so sorry about your chameleon. They're so challenging to keep. I was lucky enough my male reached a whopping 8 years old. He was so amazing but I don't think I'd ever get another one after my experience.

I probably watch the hognose the most, because he's right at my desk.
Lately I've been taking out Sterling (ball python) the most, because he's always at the glass. It's usually always him, Zsasz (bearded dragon), or Dexter (crested gecko), because they just come out when their doors open haha

I got a question, I’ve had my leopard gecko since like April ish maybe? And since mid November ish he hasn’t really came out much that’s bc of brumation tho right? He drinks water every few days at night but that’s it
If I may ask, what are the sizes you have for the ball pythons?? specifically if they are 1ft tall or 2ft tall ? were upgrading ours 😊
Hey Elle, I was wondering if you have problems with knats in your bioactive and soil tanks. I live in Florida and it's a struggle (I clean the tanks 1-2 a month so I know it's not because of dirtyness). If you do struggle with knats how do you deal with them? I am so sorry for your loss with Cera, sometimes things just happen and theres nothing you can do about it. Thank you so much, I love your videos!

Last summer was the first time I ever had issues with them. I just let the soil dry out a bit more than normal (where possible) between spraying down the tank. That seemed to work pretty well.
I had begun to look into something called Mosquito Bits to get rid of them. But they were gone before I could do too much research on it. So that may be worth looking into as well 😊

Question. May seem odd, but how does your electrical bill look like with so many lamps hooked up. Not joking. I always wonder when I see set ups like this. I have right now 4 lamps hooked up and my moms afraid of how much electricity it uses. So she cut me off from adding to my "collection"😅

If you like Anoles, just move to Florida. The Cuban Browns are everywhere! They live alongside the Greens, but are much more active and animated.
Haha I actually have lived and Florida, and still visit. A few months ago when I went to Orlando, everytime we walked out of the hotel, so many anoles would scatter on the sidewalks 😅

i am so sorry about your chameleon. she was lovely and you gave her a place to live her best life. absolutely love your reptile room, and i also have a mazikeen :D except mine is a guinea pig lol. i swear cresties have 4 modes. eat sleep poop and no hand can hold me i flyyyyyyyyyyyy :D

And I agree about cresties. 😅 she likes to wait for me to open the tank at night and leap at me, and the other day she missed, noticed that she actually landed on the floor, and then SPRINTED. She had a great time dodging me, but I got her back in her tank 😂

I just got bearded dragon it’s 2 months can you please help me I’m fighting to keep humidity down temp is good I got a Eva dry dehumidifier to put in tank right now it’s in small 10 gallon tank till get bigger I got 55 gallon but decided use 10 till grows some. What kind of lights do I need make sure get proper lighting I got day light blue night light black temp ranges from 90-100 day 75-80 day humidity seem to go up during early morning and late night

I do all of the feeding and cleaning and general care. My family enjoys coming in and admiring them, and occasionally holding them. The room tends to be the relaxation/getting away from chaos spot in my house

Love it you take very good care of all your Animals I to have quite a few Animals I have 7 Reptiles and a Dog I have 2 Bearded Dragons named Lucky and Zarrah 2 Leopard Geckos named Maggie and Lailiah 1 Yellow Saharan Uromastyx named Spike 1 Crocodile Gecko named Nessie and my Red Ackie Monitor named Phoenix and my sweet Dog Her name Is Shayna
My Beardie is also named Mazikeen!

How old was cera? They have a short lifespan,4 or 5 years is average.
I purchased a juvenile, but they sent me a full grown female. So I honestly have no idea 😕
