- Red Velvet dabbling in producing content aside from comic dubs!? More likely than you think!
This all started with an idea last year. I wanted to do a cover of constant as the stars above with an animation playing in the background because I absolutely adored this ship. I love their unique dynamic, how they can rely on each other despite being in opposite sides of the battlefield, how they can both connect with their love for family, and how you can easily ship them as either friends or something more. I wanted to do a song that captures that fragile yet precious connection they have, where it could break at any moment but it's something I know both of them will always treasure. I even enlisted the help of my friend, Fufu, to make the instrumental [and it took a lot of attempts to get right]. But no matter how much I recorded myself singing, I was never satisfied with how the project was turning out.
Months later, while I was browsing through UA-cam and came across a lo-fi channel that did REALLY good lo-fi mixes, some of which were EXACTLY what I was envisioning for this project. And with the help of some friends, I was able to finally tie it all up in a little bow that is this video. c:
