  • Kofta kebab is a typical dish of Arab and Middle Eastern countries, particularly widespread in Turkey but not only: these are delicious meatballs, usually made with lamb meat, and then cooked on the grill. An original and very tasty recipe, perfect for when you have guests for dinner and few ideas: you can cook the kofta kebabs on the grill but also on a griddle or in a non-stick pan. Serve them with vegetables, or even just with a fresh green salad, perhaps accompanying them with some tzatziki sauce: they will be a success. Here's how to prepare kofta kebabs to perfection.
    INGREDIENTS
    For meatballs:
    400g of minced veal original recipe should be used (lamb, beef or a combination)
    • 1 medium onion, finely grated
    • 2-3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
    • 1 tablespoon sweet red pepper powder
    • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste.
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    For sauces:
    - yogurt (5 teaspoons yogurt, 1 clove of garlic, parsley, salt)
    - mayonnaise
    - Mexican spicy sauce
    To cook:
    Olive oil
    For side dish:
    - peppers (yellow, red, green)
    - 1 red onion
