Ryan Wolf because she had more maturity and technique in her dancing. She also had to come up with her own emotional execution of this dance, Mackenzie was literally just instructed to be exactly like Maddie.
@@jillianshelly2017 I think that why she placed higher is because that while Cry is a little childish, the dance is still more challenging compared to Chloe's solo. I think that Mackenzie had great technique while the solo was still packed. I think Mackenzie did her own twist to the dance, but I understand what you say

i dont think you understand, when the show aired, yes they posted quite a few full dances. but since it ended theyve been reposting the older seasons, 1-4, and they decided to only post the as seen on tv cuts. even when we did get some full dances of the later seasons, it wasnt all of them. pretty annoying

Indeed it is! It’s one of my favorite solos from her. The choreography, the song, the costume, her emotions, her technique and turns and leaps... they all come together!

Finally some full dances! This is one of my favorite Chloe solos. Also I think it's sweet how Peyton looked happy and proud of her in the wings towards the end. I noticed she was happy for Chloe during her Fired Up solo as well. I think they were close despite their mother's not getting along.

@@Katie2595real competitions don’t like a lot of tricks. They look for the technique and emotion.
This dance was pretty much flawless every way except choreographically. It was technically brilliant, and emotionally mature and moving. This dance is so underrated tbh

If you came in season 4 or later, in my opinion, you are not an OG. (Cameron, Kalani, Abby’ select teams, exct.) Also, I counted the people who left way or a little before the show ended because they were the first team and the original girls. (Maddie, Mackenzie “left season 6”, Brooke and Paige “on and off”.

Kaylee Gordon Nia and Chloe are the real OGs . Maddie and Mackenzie came when Maddie was 8 and Kenzie was 6. Nia and Chloe were at least 2yrs. Old.

The show made a big deal about Maddie winning in the teen division at WCTE a year later but kept Chloé winning in the teen division at WCTE a year before on the hush hush. They were both 12 when they won in the Teen division. Shows how much they wanted to downplay Chloé’s talent. But mark my words, the world will soon see how talented of a dancer, actress and writer she is!
That could be cause they did have time to show all the categories like they had multiple unaired results from competitions that they didn't show

You can tell she was training at Studio 19 here she outgrew Abbys choreo and thrived in the technique aspect but did way better with Studio 19

Years ago I saw it for the first time, I added it to my favorites, literally the song is very good, her choreography is good and she danced amazing, I loved that ending, I love Chloe 🥺💖💖

Chloe is so gorgeous and tremendously talented. If Abby had given Chloe the support and training that she gave Maddie, she would probably still be dancing today. And she would be above maddie skill wise. It's so sad to see how Abby ruined her confidence and her passion for dance. Chloe deserved so much better

@@resique9110 Considering I'm in full time dance college and have had 5 years dance teaching and choreographing experience at my mother's dance school, I'd say yes, yes I can easily do Abby's unimaginative choreography. This comment was a compliment to Chloe, she was a beautiful dancer who was capable and deserving of far better routines than this, I don't see what you're getting at.

This should’ve won. She was amazing and her emotion was so good that you can feel it through the screen. Chloe is my favorite dancer on dance moms and this is definitely one of my favorite solos from her.

Ok first and foremost:
Chloe here is a breathtakingly beautiful dancer with spectacular technique. Her turns are to die for and so is her passion throughout the dance. HOWEVER, I believe two major reasons her solos did not consistently place first were her flexibility issues and physical strength. The lack of both can impair the ability to execute dance moves to their full potential and I believe if she had had the full extent of both she would’ve had better control of the turns, extensions, and grace of the choreography. That was on her to fix. As far as the choreography is concerned she did the best she could’ve done with what was given to her. I thought the choreography was all over the place, choppy, messy, and at times made no sense. That’s on Gianna and Abby. With that said, it showcases just how talented and versatile of a dancer and performer Chloe was here. I hope she’s well.
Not all dances call for immense flexibility. This solo did not. Chloe also is THE most well-controlled performer of any of the girls- the nuances and little details she characterizes throughout her dance is incredible. Just a bit confused on why you're stating she has not much flexibility. Especially in her turns - she has wonderful flexibility.

@brienethefox853. I kinda disagree. I think that her flexibility in her legs was always very good and from what ive seen her flexibility in this solo was great. I do agree that every dancer has flaws. I think her only flaw tbh is her alignment in her turns. Thats really it

My favorite Chloe Dance ever!
Honestly chloe really snapped she slayed those turns just made me feel something when she dances. Unpopular opinion but this should have been second even though I love Mackenzie she is my queen but this was a bit better.
I love the song and Chloe’s emotion was 👌. There was a lot of moments where she had the opportunity to show technique and she took advantage in of that good for her! The only problem I have is that the choreography wasn’t challenging like compare the skill level to lucky star instead of 3 turns she should of done 5 tsk tsk abby.

Chloe does a great job in this solo and I really do love it!
However, I can’t help but watch it and think it was originally intended to be a Kendall solo…it’s more similar to Kendall’s normal contemporary style than Chloe’s. I wonder if Abby and Gianna had originally choreographed it for Kendall, but the producers made them give it to Chloe…we know they had done that with other solos before.

For some reason, this is the Chloe solo I remember best from her last traditional season of Dance Moms.
Maybe it’s the music, maybe it’s her ridiculously smooth fouettés, maybe it’s knowing how Abby actually liked solo with the ending and the fight miss Chloe had that week… but I know I still follow her all these years later. ❤
